Coffee was out of two kinds. The third was lukewarm asked for hot coffee. Never got it. The creamer was out. This. Was told to use the microwave to heat my coffee. Nobody would take the time to come out and let us know that there was fresh coffee made or put out.
The servings are appalling. The prices are high, my poor daughter-in-law for her birthday. It wasn't even a third of a bowl of macaroni for $11.99 when my other daughter-in-law took it back because they charged me for a full order that she was told. Oh that's our large serving. I'd hate to see what the small serving was because she, my daughter-in-law didn't eat very much in it only filled a one cup container when we took it home. I will never go back. The chicken was as thin as paper. I think my daughter-in-law had a four pieces of chicken on her half salad. The prices extremely high for they don't seem to want to move from behind the counter and I really didn't think the salad looked that fresh. This is the second time I've been there and both times the first time we never went back. My daughter and I both got kind of sick from the avocado dressing. I wasn't interested in going but I felt my daughter-in-law wanted to go. Can't believe even the soup was cold for a half cup. Actually my daughter and other daughter had a cup of soup. It was more than the macaroni and the bowl. They just put it in a big bowl...
Read morei was at this location with my wife when I was asked to raise my mask above my nose. I then complied with the request and after doing so calmly informed them that the Ohio mask mandate makes exceptions for disability's and that I suffer from chronic asthma.i was asked to leave and left without incident. The person who asked me to leave is named Jackie. I have been a restaurant manager in the past. 6 years as a manager of the same place. I would never have spoken to someone that way period let alone some who was complying with a request of mine and expressing calmly their right to free speech. That is guaranteed by the first amendment and I believe this employee should be fired for not only violating my first amendment rights but for asking me to leave the store when there where appropriate measures that could have been taken. I spoke with Panera Corp and they assured me that the actions that where taken where improper and the proper procedure for someone who can't where a mask properly is to ask them to wait in there car and there food would be brought to them. Idk if "Jackie" is just to lazy to do her job properly or if she is just ignorant to both her company policy and the rights that every American has...
Read moreEvery time I go to this Panera location, I am astounded by their lack of organization. After my daughter's dance class, I went in to get some lunch. It was 11:05 and I was told they weren't serving soup yet, on account of them having a large catering order that they were working on. So I just ordered my daughter a grilled cheese to go. While I was waiting, another gentleman asked for a refund and was told, "In a few minutes because the supervisor was working on the big order." Hearing that, the gentleman just left (I don't blame him). The three kids in the back were working at a snail's pace, and had to correct several orders (an avocado melt, missing the avocado / a steak sandwich missing the steak??). They'd call an order up to the counter along with other orders and cause customers to pick up the wrong order - at one time three different customers were arguing over whose meal was whose. No manager was in-house, either - apparently they weren't in today?? Finally after over 20 minutes, my daughter's grilled cheese was ready. The only reason this gets two stars is the food is good because it's Panera. But this location's management is...
