This is the worst Starbucks ever. Literally anytime I've went in there the wait time is way too long even when they aren't busy and my order is never right. Like why am I waiting 25 minutes for a mediocre drink when you have three customers. Half the time they give me the wrong milk which can make me very sick and then get mad when I asks for a different drink. Sometimes they give the wrong drink entirely like I don't know why you are trying to give me a frappe when I ordered an iced coffee. They also overcharge me half the time, my drink is regularly $5 but then sometimes they try to say its closer to $7 so I have to ask them what's up. None of the girls who work there know what they are doing in the slightest. I went in a few weeks ago and ordered an iced caramel latte and the barista looked at me and asked what that was....like girl be fr. Another time a girl gave me a cup of milk with zero coffee then fixed it by haphazardly dumping an espresso shot on it. Then another time a girl put whipped cream on my non-dairy latte which didn't make sense because you don't put whipped cream on lattes anyway. when the drinks came out one of them was wrong i explained this politely and instead of fixing it one of the baristas snapped at me saying thats not what’s on the drink she said it with such attitude that the whole store heard i even said out loud how rude it was she also ignored my husband when he tried to explain
then the manager came over and gave us the exact same attitude saying the same thing it was clear the order had just been put in wrong but they acted like it was our fault eventually the manager said fine ill fix it but with the same tone and only gave us a half apology after
the one bright spot was a young blonde barista who was very kind she made the drinks correctly with a smile and treated us with respect she really stood out in how different her service was compared to the others

There was a younger gentleman who simply put the order in wrong, we explained to them the drink was wrong graciously and one girl snapped at us with attitude stating “That’s not what’s on the drink”, in an extremely rude tone to the point I said it out loud how rude that was, in front of the entire full store, I have never experienced that at a Starbucks. She acted like she wouldn’t fix it for us also and ignored my husband. Then the manager comes over and gives us the EXACT same attitude, saying the exact same statement. We clearly didn’t put the order into the register. Never in my life have experienced that when we were very nice about it and just asked to fix our drinks properly. After that the manager was like “Fine I’ll fix it”. We had a half attempt of an apology afterwards.
