Oliviero's Pizzeria and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Amity Township

If I could give this restaurant a minus 10, I would we order from doordash every Friday night we ordered from Oliveira's 2 weeks ago we never had a problem before so we ordered last night around 7:00 p.m. around 8:30 p.m. we never got our food we called them my boyfriend heard the lady say in the background laughing and said just tell them something so the lady was like we are just taking your mushrooms out now, so needless to say around 9:00 the guy finally comes with our food and proceeds to go to the neighbor's house, not knock on the door just drops it off on the porch,gets in his car and leaves, we call the restaurant to explain the situation and he they were like do you want him to come back and get the food we were like by the time he comes back and gets the food it'll be colder... So he's arguing with the lady on the phone and about 10 minutes later the neighbor brings over the food the food is freaking cold we had to throw away three plates of fries the meatballs were cold and my son didn't like them he said they tasted bad the fries tasted like rubber that's why we had to throw them away very very very poor customer service and then the person on the phone blamed us said why didn't we track the person in the car first of all it's not our responsibility to run down our driveway to flag The guy down...he just came here two weeks ago it's a delivery guy from the restaurant not doordash.... Needless to say we will never be ordering from...

We have been here many times and were always happy until now. Ordered two pizzas, usually delicious but this time was not the same. The Margarita Pizza was made with Parmigiana cheese ALL over it. It has never had that in the past or I wouldn’t have gotten it over and over. Completely changes the taste of the pizza. Yes it’s probably been since last summer that we were there. That ingredient is Not even listed on the menu so no one would expect it . Then, after explaining how it was wrong when I called, I was told to “look at Facebook picture” to see That’s how it’s made (Which there isn’t a picture of this pizza when I looked!) that is ridiculous to be told to go to FB! What kind of customer service is that?!? This is the kind of food and service we get for coming back, and for a 21$ pizza! Lost customers for sure. Oh and then they blew up my cell phone with pictures of the pizzas they make! My cell phone should not have been used. If they wanted to reach out to offer something they could call, but this act was a blatant slap...

Good pizza with friendly staff and a good menu! I have to give an honest review though. The food is all made from scratch and that is awesome and admirable! The pizza is good not great though as the cheese is almost chewy and too stretchy. I'm guessing a higher ratio of mozzarella instead of a mozzarella and provolone equal mix. The menu is fairly priced and has a good variety, but the pizza menu could be more extensive (although I believe they would make just about anything you asked). The Buffalo chicken pizza was okay, but didn't have red sauce and was not hot at all (disappointed there...it should have some kick). The desserts are also good but not great! The tiramisu has a nice texture but the flavor is pretty monotone and needs more coffee flavor. Overall it's solid, and although I have not tried the entrées, I hear they are fantastic and again made from scratch. Lastly, the ice cream "parlor" is wonderful to have and extremely fairly priced! Good choice of flavors...
