#1 pho & brew — Restaurant in Anaheim

I went to Pho & Brew's soft opening and have returned 2 more times. I dined in twice and got a different pho each time. The broth is flavorful. You don't need to add a lot of stuff to make it taste good. For my third time, I called to order a banh mi for pickup. I could feel that it was still warm when I arrived. They didn't skimp on the meat, and the veggies and spread created a very refreshing taste. I'll probably make this place my new local go-to for banh mi instead of the THH across the street. Either the name Pho & Brew, the first thing that came to mind was, beer and pho. Which I thought was interesting, but the brew part ended up being coffee brew (lol).

My daughter and I ended up ordering Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef $12.99) has excellent flavors though for the price, I felt like it lacked enough protein.

Inside, it seats about 12-15 people comfortably with a 55 inch TV screen showing the latest YouTube or music vids.

Pho was better priced than other pho places and the broth was good! Ordered brisket pho and the pieces of brisket are thicker than what I normally expect from a pho place!

Egg rolls were fine by itself but the sauce it came was not what I was personally expecting. It was extremely sweet for my taste.

Iced coffee was really good!

Seating arrangements seem to be more biased for having groups of three or more. Feels kind of awkward solo or duo.
