You don't need to add a lot of stuff to make it taste good. For my third time, I called to order a banh mi for pickup. I could feel that it was still warm when I arrived. They didn't skimp on the meat, and the veggies and spread created a very refreshing taste. I'll probably make this place my new local go-to for banh mi instead of the THH across the street. Either the name Pho & Brew, the first thing that came to mind was, beer and pho. Which I thought was interesting, but the brew part ended up being coffee brew (lol).
My daughter and I ended up ordering Bo Luc Lac (shaken beef $12.99) has excellent flavors though for the price, I felt like it lacked enough protein.
