I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I have the opportunity to share this place with my daughter. Still a fan and will always be a fan of Arby's. This location has great customer service, every employee and manager are just great souls to be around, they've never messed up on my order and my order is quite particular. This is my comfort food, I'll come here for every emotion I've got. Their food is always fresh and their fries will forever be curly. I've had their shakes and they're just as great. Their beef and cheddar sandwiches will always be my favorite. I just tweak it up a little. Don't be afraid to try the sauces either. I've grown to love dipping my fries in the horsey sauce or I'll choose to put the fries in my sandwich smothered with cheese. 😂 I've even driven out of state recently and stopped at the Arby's in 3 different states at least. All great customer service. Thank you to this particular Arby's for opening the earliest here in orange county because I'd rather have this than a burger any day!! 😊😊 Love, Your...
Read moreI'm a regular here and love love getting the buffalo chicken sliders. The staff actually even know what I'm going to order when I come in for my lunch!!
Absolutely LOVE the managers and I LOVE the staff. They're all so sweet and extremely caring. I not only just love the food here but the staff makes it a pleasant trip EVERYTIME. Sometimes I come and see very rude customers and it breaks my heart as these employees are simply doing their best. I witness the attitude they receive sometimes but they do nothing but keep a smile on their face. This is professional 10/10.
Today, I decided to do something different and tried the French Dip and Swiss.
My life has forever been changed. It is SO delicious. I would recommend trying their buffalo chicken sliders and their French Swiss/Dip sandwich.
Even though this location does not have a drive thru., they're very quick. Sometimes their sandwhiches can take a few minutes but that's why their food...
Read moreArby's menu never falls too far from tradition but i find it to be more of a "once in a while change of pace" where one can "expect" what they recieve no matter how much time falls in between visits. There are fewer locations now where i live, in orange county. IMO, they tend to become a little pricey because the formulated and pre-weighed portions of the very same type of pressed meat traditionally served from the very beginning falls light no matter how many packets of Horsey Sauce you drown your sandwhich in. Not much by way of advertising, either and no real or unique coupond or specials. I remember Arbys Sandwhiches on a poster a long time ago that read 2 for $2. Yesterday, the same sandwhich, maybe 2 for $6 at the closest and only location i consider visiting. The restuarant is clean and never crowded. The crew is well rehearsed and the Manager is rude. Sadly, my Arbys is a good example of getting back just what you invest and...
