Biriyani Factory — Restaurant in Anaheim

I ordered on DoorDash for pick up, I'd never been here or seen the place or I might have reconsidered as the atmosphere is cheap and run down. I got a text confirming receipt of my order. Estimate was 15 min. I get a text after 21 min saying food is ready for pickup. 5 min later I walk in. They say it'll be 5 more minutes. Ok, but why text the food was ready when it wasn't? Another 5 min go by, then 10, then 15.. I was sitting there waiting an extra 20 minutes with no further acknowledgement. When she finally packed the food up in front of me, she hands it over without so much as a "Sorry for the wait." Thought she might at least throw in some extra naan for keeping me there so long, but nothing. Maybe she thought I was a dasher and not the actual customer, still no respect for others time. When I got home to try the food, the chilli chicken was salty and the naan bread tasted metallic, like it was kneaded by someone with unwashed...

This place is horrible!!! I have never written review in my life. This is first time. First time, we went there to buy biryani, the lady said not ready yet. After one month, before we go there, and called the restaurant first to make sure biryani available twice. The guy said yes. So, we drove 25 minutes to arrive there. And when we got he said they have big order, and they can’t sell. I am so much disappointed. If you can’t sell why did you guy say in phone come and order. Waste of time!!! Just want to give message to the owner. Check with your employees. It is kind of disrespectful. Everyone time is valuable. Last time trying...

"I recently visited Chennai Tiffins and had a fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. But the best part, of course, was the food. I tried several dishes and each one was more delicious than the last. We tried the unlimited breakfast. The ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared, and the flavors were well-balanced and absolutely scrumptious. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good south indian place.
