Hands down the absolute worst Taco Bell experience we have ever had. After we sat for about 5 minutes waiting for help in the drive through we had to pull forward to the window to get someone’s attention. They were very apologetic and kind so we ordered and didn’t make a big deal out of it, simple mistake. This wasn’t the issue (nor were the employees at the window, they were extremely nice). The “manager” (he said is name was Raven) on the other hand, for reasons we still can’t figure out, went out of his way to come to the window at the completion of the transaction and literally scold my wife for making a large order that “held up his line” in the drive through. Raven was no part of the transaction in any way. We ordered a family pack and 2 nachos. Hardly an out of the ordinary order. Insult to injury the order was incomplete so we had to go back in to get the rest of the order. There were about 5 other people who had messed up orders and were pretty upset. We asked for Raven so he could make the correction and we saw that he was not just rude to us, he was rude to the employees whom were actually very nice. He didn’t apologize and just gruffly handed us the missing items of our order. We will be contacting Omar the owner to plead on behalf of his business, and the good employees he has, to do something about this terrible employee. As I walked to the dining area I asked an employee approaching the restuarant if the bathroom was open she responded with a quick and dry response.."it's for customers only". GREAT! I walk in ,ask for the code to the restroom code. The woman who just served me through the drive-thru quickly responded, "it's for customers only". She'd just took and served my order not two minutes before. I was insulting. To add insult to injury, when I reminded her I just ordered at the drive thru so I am a customer she just stared at me..Like I was an illegal alien from outer space. I told her again I just ordered and the quick&dry young lady from outside had to repeat what I said several times. Finally after a close call the young lady let me in the bathroom. I spoke with a team member named alex. He was really understanding, and said that whenever i come back i will be taken care of, and get my order replaced. I went there today, and seen a manager. As soon as i started talking about the. Issue he gave me rude looks walked away and asked a worker "do you know this guy?" Really loud. Alex came up which was the crew member, and took care of everything. I asked the managers name and it wascraven or draven. Very rude, unprofessional, lack of customer service. He shouldnt be a manager. I will call tomorrow to let the bosses know how horrible his service was. Just a caution customers to avoid this guy.
