Del Taco — Restaurant in Anaheim

so on 12/29 I visited this del taco around 11:10pm.... so I drove to the drive through and said I wanted to order from the breakfast menu. (breakfast starts at 11pm) the cashier responded that people couldn't order breakfast. I followed with "what time do you guys start serving breakfast?" and here response was priceless.. "I mean we start serving breakfast at 11pm but we're not serving breakfast"... I laughed at her and said again " so what time can I order breakfast? " and once again the cashier was like "ummm 11pm" and finally I have up and asked "yes or no, can I order breakfast now?" after she said no I left.

SO IF YOUR SIGN SAYS BREAKFAST STARTS AT 11PM, YOU BETTER BE PREPARED TO SERVE BREAKFAST AT 11PM

I don't ask for much, straight answers and good food. it shouldn't be this hard...

and management is to blame... employee's need to be better trained in customer service and being prepared to...

This is the worst run del Taco in the world.. using the app is pointless because the food is never ready ..mmyou could order it 20 minutes prior on the app and show up and when you show up to pick it up, they're just making it... Drive-thru is hit and miss sometimes they never even answer you ..I've seen cars bail out of the drive-thru even when the place is open because no one ever comes on the phone.. I've experienced the same thing.. when they do help you the food is fine it's just that it's not really a "fast food" restaurant... The ownership must be really tough because the poor workers look like zombies... When you go to a well run fast food restaurant the lines are moving, The workers are at least a little bit peppy, and the process is smooth... This place is like an old car running on two cylinders out of four.. That's the best way I...

Drive thru at 10pm. Drove down to this location because the one near my house always does a bad job. I was hoping this location would be better. Turns out it's even worse. I ordered through the Drive thru and the man was very dry. I ordered my food and ordered it to be made bold as well. I also asked for fries to be made freshly. Got to the window payed and waited for a while. I assumed due to the fresh fries which I had no issue with waiting for. Got my food and went home. Checked it once I got there and the fries were, in fact old fries that were refried till they were over cooked. Then I opened the burrito I ordered bold. It was filled with burnt chicken scraps and 3 fries and like 2 peices of tomato absolutely gross looking. This location is lazy and I can't believe I was given this nasty food to eat....
