I had gone to get breakfast I ordered which went fine waited for the food. It came to my table I opened the sandwich took a bite and noticed the sausage was missing went to the counter told the person that the sausage was missing she took it from me handed to the cook, he unwrapped it put it on the counter with no paper under it opened it put a piece of a sausage in it closed it then got a new wrapper and wrapped it up and handed back to the counter person who handed it to me. I said he just put that on the preparation counter after I took a bite out of it without anything under it. I told her that you have no idea if I have any type of issues health wise and he just contaminated the preparation counter. I also said if that is the way you all handle food I do not want to eat here and asked for a refund, she gave me a refund, but to think if they do that with my sandwich after I handled​ and took a bite out of it, it must be Common practice with them. Called the Orange county health board left a message and I will follow...

It's incredible how many times this place will mess up your order. At this point, I just accept it how it is in whatever they put in the bag. Ordered an Angus burger with Guac and bacon meal+ another family member's order. Didn't get it. Instead I got a spicy chicken sandwich and a normal hamburger. I drive up, "Want ketchup?" "Yes", didn't get it. You could argue that I should be upfront and say that my order is wrong, but refunds/exchanges are hassles here the last time I've seen someone have an issue. What's really frustrating is that I saw the manager working right behind the register. You'd think the employee's would at least attempt, not to mess up a simple order when the manager is right behind them. I'd strongly advise anyone to just not order here. There's a perfectly good Carl's Jr father down the road if you're desperate for expensive food, but at least you'll get better service there. The only saving grace is how hot...

I just had lunch with a breaded chicken sandwich with bacon. Firstly, I love this location for ease of getting into the parking lot which has lots of spaces. My chicken was juicy and nicely cooked, however, the breading was soggy so I assume it has been in a warmer for awhile… the bun is about 1” too big for the chicken. And the onion rings are consistently inconsistent. Some are thin and overcooked while others are thick and stuck together so the breading is not browned at all. I know that onion rings CAN be cooked better. The habit does it right consistently. This is constructive criticism. I want you...
