Edit today... 6/26/2025. Original review below which was a five star well deserved review. Today, not only this location - but now all Starbucks locations will not see another penny, and I'm basically in there more than once per day. Was great service but not today, and it's bad enough that I won't be back. Felt very personally insulted. Never again.. if this is the type of manager interactions with customers that Starbucks corp endorses, they don't deserve my hard earned money.
I always make friendly small talk about things and have engaging short conversations with pretty most of the staff there for the last 3 plus years, I live close by and was my favorite stop. Never thought there was any problem ever. Well today "Lead or Manager Austin" confronts me as I'm about to leave and said the staff has said they didn't like my most recent chatting when I was apparently talking about my life feeling threatened and being out with the crazy rioting and such when I was working amongst the recent protests in and all over southern California. I truly feel I've never been other than friendly with anyone that I've ever chatted with but now they don't have anything to worry about. I won't be back and my several hundred dollars in food and drink orders plus tipping at every single visit is now over. Austin, I think you're very wrong with what you did today and I find it really hard to believe as you said there was many complaints. Really just don't think so. I could call out by name the most of the people I've interacted with and call them out by name if I needed to. We've always been friendly, but that's gone now and I will absolutely never spend another penny at your company at any location. Done 👍 First and last time I've ever met you Austin and going forward you now have nothing to worry about except less revenue in your store. Good day 👎

Original review... I go to this location, multiple times everyday - and although I do have a couple of my favorite workers here, everyone on this crew is absolutely fantastic. I drive for Uber and Lyft and am often in this area many times per day. Even with a really long drive thru sometimes, they always manage to get you out in a very timely manner. Thanks to all the great girls and to the few guys that work there! I wish I could tip you all more $$$ and often than I can actually afford to do which is little, but every time I order...but you know you guys are always in my heart and I appreciate the fantastic service I receive. I will always try and tip more when I can, when I've made extra myself. The service and quality always keeps me coming back! Keep up the great work 🙏😇 you all are truly angels in this crazy...
Read moreSo I just went to this Starbucks and the sign on the door says mobile order and drive thru only. I placed my mobile order and went to pick it up only to find the door locked. The employees each looked at me but continued on with whatever they were doing. To pick up my mobile order, I have to go through the drive thru although that's not what the note or Starbucks app indicated. The drive thru at this location is ridiculous so thanks for nothing Starbucks. I guess my Tall Caramel Brulee Latte with oat milk and no whip is just sitting on your counter and I just spent $5.55 for absolutely nothing. You really need to improve upon your communication skills, the note should have stated no indoor service period and all orders are done through the drive thru. Customer service could use help too since no one came to explain why the doors are locked but they were accepting mobile orders. Not even sure why this location isn't accepting indoor service since COVID restrictions have been loosened. Read moreI've been to many many Starbucks since I was in high school. Now my daughter is almost start high school. I have to say this Starbucks location was it. Had all the right qualities anyone would like to experience when visiting. The staff were kind you can hear them communicate clearing seemed like they had been working together for years but I believe it's a relatively new location and the manager was greeting folks coming in it reminded me of cheers but with coffee instead of beer. Had a good vibe. The type of vibe I'd would love to be working in. Looked like they're hiring too, that'd the location I would want to work if I worked for Starbucks just seemed like a welcoming environment that was moving customers came and went but I couldn't help but notice the efficiency and how quike they were serving the drinks.
