Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Anaheim

This Carl's Jr was terrible. It was my husband and my honey moon. We ordered close to 30 dollars in food including a strawberry lemonade. I ordered the strawberry lemonade because I had had it before and it was delicious however when I got it at this location there was no lemonade only strawberry and water. When we went to the counter to address it with management we were told that strawberry lemonade is just strawberry and water when another customer also approached about the lemonade we were told we could have something else to drink. She refused to up the drink size from a regular even though we had paid a lot more to have the strawberry lemonade she also refused to make the $0.30 difference for us to get a milkshake instead since they didn't have what we wanted nor did she offer to refund our money. She was extremely rude and acted like we did not know what lemonade taste like and then when we called their corporate office a call was never returned to us. I will never eat another Carls Jr this is the second location that I have had a problem with the first one actually took a Burnt Biscuit they had given my son out of my bare hand and put it back in their warmer, in this instance there was no return call from corporate either so I am done with Carl's jr....

We had tere and she was horrible and rude. We asked for 4 small waters and she gave us 1 and walked away and looked back and gave such a dirty look and her and a group of people were laughing. I went to the intercom again and asked why. She said 1 water per car and I said okay we didn't know or realize you didn't have to be so mean about it. Why didn't you just tell us and we could have bought water bottles. I was furious at this point. I told her just give me a water bottle seriously we are too tired and super thirsty. And she tried to give us cups of water I refused and said no I'll pay thank you. Again, she should have explained we would have totally understood in the first place. We get and understand rules but no communication and to be rude while my kids are crying for water?! Why? Not necessary Example: if she said, "sorry ma'am it's 1 cup per car" I would have said, "dang that sucks okay, can I have 1 bottle of water please and 1 cup of water?" And we would have been on our way. They didn't have to laugh at us and give me a dirty look. Bad customer service! We won't ever come here again trust me....

Went to this Carl's Junior with a simple order one of the people in my vehicle is vegan and ordered the beyond Burger, we explicitly asked for no cheese no mayonnaise. Of course after leaving she discovers there's cheese and mayonnaise on it so we drive a five miles back and the young short lady working that night was very rude and told her she made the order how we ordered it all four of us in the vehicle said no we ask for no cheese no mayo. she then looked at us and discussed asked us for the other Burger back looked right at us and threw it in the trash and then made her another one without the meat in it, which we discovered once we get on the freeway. She hadn't been the rudest person I've ever come across at one of your stores. It's all about customer service and that night you failed miserably. Never again will I ever go to any Carl's Junior...
