Starbucks — Restaurant in Anaheim

If I could I would give it 0 stars. It was my 1st time stopping at this location since they remodeled it. It was perfectly fine how it was before now it’s much smaller and it’s super bright in there looks like a hospital. But any who, there was 2 ppl ahead of me . I wanna say like 5 ppl standing around waiting for drinks there was like 50 drinks on the table. Only 3 ppl working in the back. For a busy store really you have only 3 ppl working. To make the story short cuz I could go on and on with so many issues in such little time of how bad of an experience it was. I don’t like doing mobile order that is why I’m there. The girl in the back was telling us we should do mobile order and the customer In front of me and myself we didn’t want to do the mobile order. Obviously it bothered them, the girl had a straight face the whole time she was taking there order. Same thing with me and still after taking there order was making me wait longer after I was already waiting to take my order. I had ppl waiting for me in the car, I was caring my baby, I was seeing how fast they were making the drinks. So I decided to leave not worth dealing with there attitude, not worth waiting and then my drink not getting done correctly. I’m surprised ppl still come to this location after seeing all that. Not worth...

I am a delivery service rep who works with Starbucks and I was waiting for an order to come through. I asked to use the bathroom and was denied unless I paid as a customer. I asked what the cheapest item was and they said it was $1.95. So in order not to piss me myself I was forced to PAY $1.95 for a drink I DIDNT want and DIDN'T even get just to use a PUBLIC bathroom as a HUMAN NECESSITY! Yet they have a free water out to the woman next in line. "Sure, we'll help you HAVE to pee but we won't let you pee unless you PAY for it! Talk about a monster corporate issue coming! smh

Do you know how easy it is to just give a simple door code out to someone? Pretty simple...just speak some numbers. I realize being human isn't a thing in 2025 but this was absolutely asinine. Completely absurd. I'm not a homeless strung out bum. I'm a decently dressed, manicured, representable human being. Not to mention an AMERICAN CITIZEN! I'm about to go ham and raise all kinds of hell with this one....

I found myself here when the traffic ahead of me wouldn't let me get to work on time, so I had to reroute myself to the nearest temporary office. Upon entry to the parking lot, there are numerous signs cautioning 30 minute parking only, but I do believe that is only enforced during Edison Field events. Plenty of parking otherwise.

A loud speaker plays overhead outside so it's not the greatest for peace, but most Starbucks do that anyway.

-=-Coffee-=- No, I ain't rating the coffee, it's Starbucks, but it wasn't burnt.....so that's gooood.

-=-Seating-=- Indoors is 6 small twosies tables, only 1 of which is convenient to a power plug. There is a small communal table, but 2 people would easily conquer that whole thing. Anymore and you are probably just one large group. There's a couple iron twosies outside which is where I found myself. It's not comfortable anywhere here, but it'll do.
