Please note that the location on Google Maps is inaccurate. This spot is not inside the corporate office building as listed, but rather next to Dave’s Hot Chicken, making it a bit easier to find once you know what to look for. Be prepared for crowds—this location tends to get very busy, especially during lunchtime or when there’s a nearby event like a baseball or hockey game. Expect longer wait times during those peak hours.
As for the staff, experiences can vary. On some days, you’ll encounter a great team that’s efficient, friendly, and attentive. On other days, service can feel rushed or indifferent, which might affect your overall experience.
The food quality is consistent with other locations of this chain: decent but nothing extraordinary. Pricing leans toward the higher end, which might feel steep for what you get, but if it’s your only convenient option, it gets the job done.
Overall, it’s a convenient place with a few caveats—mainly the crowd levels and variable service—so plan your visit accordingly to avoid...
Read moreWe got food here two nights in a row while visiting the area for Disney. The first night the chips and guac were stale. The chips were chewy, dry, and were definitely old. Went back next day hoping it was a bad one time experience and asked for fresh chips with my guac. We let the manager know the chips were stale the night before and asked for fresh chips. She said it was not possible. We went to the car to try them and it was the same—stale, chewy, dry, unsalted. My husband went back inside to explain that the chips were again stale and inedible and if they could make a fresh batch. He explained we are a military family who is stationed overseas and haven’t had chipotle in years and just wanted a fresh batch! :(. Seems silly but when you have a craving 🥴The manager Jessica said it was not possible and rather refunded my money. She was unwavering. Poor customer service for something that would probably take a few minutes. Odd and...
Read moreThis is the closest Chipotle to the Angel Stadium. It's about a 5 minute walk. I walked into this Chipotle a few minutes after they opened for the day. I was glad to see that the workers were actually working and not just standing around. The food is okay, but I did see the guacamole, and the top of it was light brown. Just a suggestion, maybe scrape the top of the guacamamole off in the mornings. If anytjing is brown and you are consuming it, people automatically think it's bad. Another thing i saw as i was leaving was that there was small trash (paper straws, pieces of napkins & food) on the floor and tables. They had just opened the store and there was only one other customer inside the store. Which means they closing team didn't clean the tables and sweep/mop at night. I didn't enter the restroom, but because what i saw on the tables and floors, i can only assume it was dirty. I'll go in a few weeks to see if it...
