I walked in and there was no line and there was 5 employees.. the first guy helped me and wife we order for our rice and meat.. but when we got to the section where we put the sour cream salsa cheese guac etc... the first guy just left. For it seem someone else was suppose to help us for the other part of our order.. the other four employees were just there chit chatting.. and after a minute or two they finally came to help once they realized we were just standing there... We asked for Guacamole and the girl said that they didnât have any and it was going to take a while to make.. so I told her we could wait for them to make the guac.. she rudely said it was going to take a long time. And then another girl comes in confirm that it was going to take over half an hour to make the guac.. Iâve worked on fast restaurants before and I get it.. itâs a stressful job.. but thereâs literally 4 employees not doing anything... Itâs a business and you have a responsibility to have everything prepared because you are getting paid by the hour.. and then when a customer tells you theyâre willing to wait. And keep in mind there was no line. And you arenât doing anything you tell them it takes over half an hour to make the guac... hire people who understand that theyâre getting paid to keep a business running. You may think Iâm just hating Iâve worked in a fast food restaurant and itâs okay to chit chat and have fun.. but remember your getting paid to run a business so get all your priorities done first.. then itâs okay to chit chat In down time.. and when a customer tells you theyâre willing to wait. Donât lie to there face and tell them itâs going to take over half an hour to make the guac. With face like Iâm not going to do what you tell me to do.... youâre getting paid to help the customer.. so donât give attitude and lie so you donât have to do what youâre getting paid to do.. this is the only chipotle Iâve experienced this. All the time they spend Chit chatting they couldâve prepared how theyâre suppose to. I just didnât like how they looked at me when I said I was willing to wait and the attitude vibe of how they didnât want to prepare the guac and lie that it was going to over half an hour to...
Read moreAte here on April 19th. There were 5 people working and apparently each is segregated to specific jobs. One worker came from the back and told the female who got my bowl ready, " I was thinking about what you said and I've only done it once and I didn't like it," to which the female retorted, "Well, it's not for you, it's to make them feel good." Granted, I was not part of the conversation and so out of context one can only imagine. The food was great, but the most upsetting thing was when a customer came in and by all accounts was on the Spectrum ( I am a parent of a child on the spectrum). This man simply wanted more cheese and for it to cover his entire bowl. He had to ask three times while the worker put little bits of cheese and began giggling. The cashier, Jennifer, began laughing so much she had to walk around the corner and then come back to ring him up. Once the gentleman had paid, the two began to giggle with each other and then the original food preparer walked around the corner guffawing. Perhaps I am over analyzing this, but this team could use some training on general...
Read moreDisappointed in a lot of things but writing due to frequency of frustration. Repeatedly this chipotle has been declining in service. First of all, whenever I purchase a drink it is always to get lemonade, this chipotle has been out of stock of that drink the last 4 times so waste of 3 dollars. Second of all, is portion sizes, repeatedly Iâve been struggling with receiving enough to eat from this place. I will order a chicken bowl and receive 4 pieces of chicken bites. From the entire sides, I usually only donât get about 1 or 2, but my bowl still canât even be closed to filled up. At first, I expected that to be a one time thing, but repeatedly has been the story. I hope that chipotle can work on this and at least understand issue of their unsatisfied customers. If anyone is looking for somewhere to eat and is looking at this review, in the same plaza there is a Panda Express and el pollo loco. At least, panda fills it up unbelievably and greets you with a smile on your face for about the same price. For healthy options both spots have healthy grilled chicken. DO...
