The food we had ordered from here was actually very delicious. The reason why I am giving this location 3 stars is because of the service. We had a mix up with a family meal promotion going on because they didn’t know what we were talking about, which is fine. We ended up needing to order the food online to receive the deal so while my friend was placing the order I was asking them if I could separately order 3 drinks and 2 Ragoons. I could tell they got a little annoyed because we didn’t realize the promotion was online pickup only. They picked up my drink cups multiple times, put them away, called and asked another employee about their watermelon beverage that we wanted. Additionally, while we were waiting by the cash register watching them go back and forth I heard the employees complaining to each other about each other. A lot of low talking about one another and how someone doesn’t know what they are doing. It was actually very upsetting because they took sooo long to give me 3 drinks and 2 orders of ragoons. I waited at the cash register for a long time while they kept getting other peoples orders and ignoring my order. While I kept waiting I even heard other customers wondering why they were taking so long with their orders because they kept mixing them up. Overall, I just wouldn’t want to return to...

Previous review: Quality of entrees are good as expected, but the rice... If you serve Asian food you should know how to make rice. Rice is always dry. Yes I understand you want the rice a little dry for fried rice (I worked at Chinese restaurant before), but the steamed is always dry too. Honestly the rice made me stop coming to this location. Portions... well it's Panda.

Updated review: Must have new management or something... Stopped in yesterday because it was the closest Chinese American spot open last night. First time their rice wasn't dry. From 2 stars to 5 for customer service. Walked in at 9:58pm. Asked for the wok seared steak and shrimp. It was all gone and previously i would have been told, "I'm sorry, we're all out..." , but they cooked up a fresh batch for me although it was closing time. The portions were better too. Thought the improved portions were because it was closing time. Stopped in again today since they fixed the rice issue. Not only was the rice made right again, but the portions were better too! Lol

This place really sucks. They barely served me any food. I complained to the manager and she said it was because the employee was new. Why wasnt he trained properly? Every time i go in here there is some problem. The food trays are always empty and the food left over in the trays look old and overcooked. The food looks like left over trash thats been sitting out all day. I asked if they can make me fresh food. The server said they wouldn't make more if there was food already out. It looked like a spoonful of food in each tray. I decided to leave rather than be server that left over trash. The service here is low class. Save yourself the trouble. The Panda in Fullerton has full trays of fresh food. Avoid this location at all costs, its dirty and nasty! The pictures on here are staged.
