El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Anaheim

You know I’m not one to complain but today proved I am not coming back to this location what so ever… first thing let’s start off with me and my parents ordering food …. Everytime we would order something she kept asking if we were done and then she kept sighing with additude then second when we get to the window she was really rude then when my mom went to pay they said her card declined and charged her again and it did the same thing but the third time it charged so we finally got our food and then my mom checked her bank statement and they charged her twice and keep in mind it’s a different charge number and then the manager was rude not only that but the lady who took our order was there next to him and told him in Spanish they kept adding stuff like um no we had ordered for THREE people not for three hundred… not only that but when we got home they messed up our order . It was a simple request too so I don’t know how that’s hard to mess up …. Terrible service never...

I come to this pollo loco very often almost every day because I work for a delivery service . I can honestly say if there was a choice to give this place 0 stars I would . Every single time I enter this restaurant every single lady that works there always gives me the worst I repeat the WORST customer service you can imagine . Like if I am the reason they hate their job . But as soon as I leave they start having the time of their lives. I dont even like to accept rides from this pollo loco because I know im not going to get treated with atleast respect . I dont know 1 person there that was treated me nice. And I always try to treat everyone with the utmost respect because I take customer service very seriously . This place is HORRIBLE!!! My family and I eat Pollo Loco 2-3 times a week, it's one of the few things I can keep down with this pregnancy.. This is the 2nd time we've come to this location and we couldn't believe it actually got worst the 2nd time around. The food took a really long time to come out they messed up our order and when I let the girl know she was hesitant to fix the issue, we were over charged and the quality of food was disgusting my daughter got a leg thigh which looked liked someone had already eaten it and had left her the scraps. First time around we got charged .65 cents for creamy cilantro this time it was .25cents which I guess is better. Our reg. spot doesnt charge.
