PLEASE, highly recommend you do not take the risk and give them the opportunity of you business, they dont deserve. I was over charged $240 for a 6 inch cake that tasted like pure sugar and received the absolute worst service.
Timmaire was the lady who helped me and constantly made the rudest remarks like the following "Is money going to be a problem, can you offered it?" LOL she was an absolute joke when she was quoting me for the cake! As well when I saw the final product via photo, I called to voiced my concerns in the nicest way possible. I simply told Timmaire the numbers look "a little weird" and if i paid for the cake i should be 100% happy with the results. Especially because I sent in a photo of exactly what the design should look like. The numbers on the cake looked extremely sloppy, and my request was simple clean block numbers. However the fondant cut out looked like a kid did it. Timmarie yelled at me and said "WEIRD?" and told me its just "the angle of the photo" i said okay, hopefully so. I asked if she could send me a better photo and she said "No, i dont have time and i have other customers to help" of course i already paid in full so she had no desire to help any longer priority to picking up the cake. "i said okay when you can, kindly send me a photo please" she said "theres nothing we can do now, im not going fix it". Timmaires attitude was so rude and she hung up on me with no goodbye. So I had to pick up the cake as is.
They truly dont strive to make their customer happy and even worst the cake tasted awful. I wish I read the reviews because it seems like ALOT of other customer also had terrible...
Read moreUnfortunately I didn't have a chance to eat their cake because my son was sick for his birthday and we couldn't travel to Disneyland (so we couldn't pick this cake up, we live out of town- all of it was a bummer, especially for my poor kid). The cake I ordered wasn't even custom, and I told them about the cancellation 6 days before his birthday (they did not make the cake already, and even if they made it that far in advance, someone else could have purchased it since it was one of their basic/signature cakes). That being said, I tried over and over again to talk to this location and they responded to me once saying the manager would get back to me given the circumstances- I've inquired with them since then a number of times (one time I called their location and they didn't answer so the call was forwarded to a different Cinderella location, where they were unable to help me). I tried to get some resolution with them before posting a public review, but their customer service is lacking quite a bit, and they never helped me. It's unfortunate because you can't have a successful business with poor business ethics, so I hope they take this situation as a learning experience and treat...
Read moreWent in today to grab a cupcake for a birthday, I was actually surprised to see so many rich chocolate flavors and not as many fruity flavors for summer. It was easily 110° out, and chocolate in heat just seems like a sin to me.
I went with the salted caramel, and the recipient was floored at how delicious it was. I've picked up a half dozen before and they were well received as well. They have amazing flavors, but the selection can be a little repetitive if you're looking for variety or a full palate of different tastes.
They can be busy with other projects in back, so it took a minute before I realized that I was supposed to ring the bell for service, but they were friendly as soon as they did come out.
