One star—but read on. I discovered this place on Yelp. As someone who loves burgers and fries and weighs in at 165 lbs at 5’9”, I had to check it out. Parking was a nightmare, very limited, and it took me about 15 minutes of waiting. The establishment is cozy, and my expectations were high. When ordering, the cashier seemed indifferent, passive, and didn’t offer a smile. After waiting around 10 minutes, I received my meal. During this time, I noticed a promotion for complimentary smoking and cheese injection mentioned on a laminated sign on the table. I decided to ask about it and was only offered the cheese injection; I felt uncomfortable to inquire further about the smoking. The server seemed unhappy and annoyed. I got the cheese injection but didn’t ask about the smoke. Just as I finished my burger, the server surprised me with three sauces. Now I’m thinking he might have noticed me taking photos of the meal. The dine-in experience felt awkward. The food was okay. I liked the bun and the toppings, but the beef was nothing special. The complimentary cheese was the generic fake nacho cheese you get at movie theaters (as low quality as it gets). The fries were decent, and I enjoyed the seasoning. Drinks were limited to canned options or bottled water. Upon leaving, the cashier/server finally smiled and asked how the food was (a little late but still appreciated). I was honest and said I liked the food but didn’t mention that my overall experience was disappointing. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the unexpected three sauces and the smile at the end. To sum it up, I won’t be returning due to the difficulty with parking, the price point, the quality versus cost, and the apathetic customer service.

Worse customer service experience ever. I found this place after living across the street for 3 years. I saw it on google and I was craving for a burger. I got to the door and there was young person behind the desk but he was busy figuring something out on that tablet. He never acknowledge my present as I was patiently standing in front from him. After several minutes, he looked up and asked if I’m ready to order. I told him i never been here and I’m looking for a burger with 3 patties, and show him a pictures i saw on google from the store. He said you can order it on the big order tablet and then walked away to the kitchen. I stood there like a dump ass. I played around with the order tablet but it doesn’t give the order i want. I waited for more than 5 minutes alone without anyone at the register. The guy was still somewhere in the kitchen. After 7 minutes, i left the place and went down the road to Habit Burger. I really want to try new foods in my are and this kind of customer service really put a bad taste for me. I won’t be back. If the food is good, but customer service is bad, I still don’t want to support this establishment.

Was in the area and saw it had a solid rating and my 17 year old was in the mood for a burger. 17 year olds can eat, a lot. Anyway, he usually get's two burgers (no he's not fat!), he ordered the Kamikaze double and I had a chicken sand. The Kamikaze double was insane, cooked to order - a perfect Medium rare. It was massive (see photos). Then they covered the burger and smoked it with some apparatus I've never seen. They offered to inject the burger with cheese, which furthered my confusion but whatever works! My son could not finish the last bite, totally defeated. The fries were great as well. You get a lot for what you pay for so it's priced appropriately which I really appreciate, especially because it's not just a 'fast food' burger place. The hot chicken san was solid, the buns are great. No complaints, only compliments. The gentlemen who run this location were super cool. Really high quality beef btw,, you gotta try this place and see! Check photo's the burger looks like a close up bit it's not, its huge!

SO good! OH my goodness! Literally zero complaints!

My girlfriend and I both got the Firefly Burger meals (dine in btw- worth it) and they were incredible! I had mine smoked (for free! Ah!) and it added such a pleasant, gentle smokey aroma to the dish! Even watching it was happen fun! Every time I took a bite I could sense campfire smoke gently caressing my nostrils and the roof of my mouth, so so good.

The burgers were cooked PERFECTLY- juicy, a little charred around the edges, the little pink at the center- literally one of the best most properly cooked burgers by a person I've probably ever had - brother is a CHEF.

And he was so fast, too! We ordered the two meals and bro immediately said "aight give me 15 minutes" and he was not LYING. There were 4 other people waiting for orders and he might've STILL only taken 10 minutes lol. Plus the wait was barely noticed cause the interior is straight beautiful- I really wish I took at least one picture- but more about that later-

The beef bacon in the burger is also such a unique, pleasantly mild, tender addition, plus exquisitely smokey even without the smoke gun- generally just a really great culinary idea. It worked so well with the beef patty, and pork bacon would have been both too salty and overpowering.

The ingredients all were fresh, too; even the tomato, which is rare- and nothing felt greasy! The bun was buttery, but there was no bad grease feeling in the nose while eating (there usually always is with burgers)! The cheese was the perfect amount of melty, and none of the lettuce or pickles slid out whenever I took a bite! The sauce was mild, which is perfect for such a beautifully cooked burger, and the general presentation was just really professional.

-Ah! And! There are complimentary gloves to eat with so your hands don't get saucy! Such a fantastic idea! It was so nice pulling them off after finishing and immediately having clean hands! So underrated!

The fries have some light form of Cajun spicing I think, maybe old bay, regardless, they were also very good- fresh, fluffy, sometimes crispy- just very very good fries.

Even the lemonade! Ah, holy moly! Idk if it's house-made or just some random brand, but it paired do nicely with everything else, it was just so so good for some reason- absolutely get it.

I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this is probably the best burger place I've ever been to, and I've gone to quite a few.

The environment was also classy without a hint of garishness. The wood and brick walls. The rotating images of beautiful nature photography. The antler chandeliers were tasteful, and the sporadic decor was all fitting, too. The upholstery was matched nicely against the wood and brick and gave off a really classy anchor effect- everything was comfortable to sit on and around, and it all just presented it self as well traveled without being braggadocios.

I cannot rave enough of how much my girlfriend and I loved this place, and we only spent like 30 to 40 minutes max inside lol. Immediately our new favorite burger place, I cannot recommend enough dining in yourselves to soak in the incredible atmosphere and phenomenally delicious food =) 10/10 we WILL...
