Del Taco — Restaurant in Anaheim

It's an ok del Taco I know it's a corporate del Taco It used to be my favorite del Taco not that I have a favorite del Taco at the moment but this was the one to go to I still go here of course things have changed and they get new hires and they're not the same as the people before! That's just my opinion like when you order your food and they ask you if you want hot sauce and you asked for 2 mild they throw in a whole bunch of everything in there and if you have fries with your food and you didn't ask for ketchup they'll throw like 12 packets of ketchup and I'm a little exaggerating there but sometimes that's what it feels like and I hate throwing away stuff so I end up with all this ketchup and because of the covid you really can't hand it back to them so clearly I'm throwing away catch up and hot sauce that I don't use that's the issue with this place and a lot of times if you don't say anything about your receipt they don't hand it to you before they would ask you if you want your receipt now they just hold it in their hand give you your bag and hope that you don't say notice! which I think is a joke I don't know why I'm assuming because you might complain on them and use that receipt for that reason and for the manager I met her a couple times she seems like a nice person she's been there for a long while she seems to be holding it together for the most part it's just when she's not there and they have a different manager and all new crew is where it falls apart but besides that the food is still good there I haven't had an issue with food it's mostly the weird service and that's why it's only a...

I'm a southern California native and have been frequenting Del- Taco since I was a kid. That being said I want it to be noted that this one star rating in no way reflects the food. This a direct reflection of the service. When I went into this particular Del-Taco I had just downloaded the app to try it out and in all fairness I was fumbling with the app because I didn't know how to navigate it. However that is no excuse for how short and uninterested the cashier became. She asked me if I was ready to order and when I told her "No not yet" she became agitated. And excused her self semi politely. When she came back and asked again we're we ready to order. I had to fumble with the app some more( That's on me), but she appeared to grow even more agitated . I gave her my phone on two occasions so she could read the coupon code. I figured she might be having a bad day so I ordered my found and waited patiently. After we sat down and begin to eat my girlfriend decided she wanted some french fries. So I went up to order some fries and this time it was a different cashier. (Other cashier had gone to sit with her boyfriend) And I could not believe how smug he was about this simple order ( I also decided to order some churros . Had to feed the sweet tooth.) I could understand this type of attitude if I had of been mean or condescending but I I assure you this was not the case. I was friendly the entire time. I wasn't even going to write this until my girlfriend was " Did we do something wrong?" ... The food was great but the customer service was lacking...

This use to be my favorite location but sadly it got either someone working there who could care less about correctly making food but each time i would go. I would be disappointed with the tacos I ordered to bring back to very hungry people. First time i figured that it was chaotic but next few times afit became actually like they do it all The time now taco was made like this...tortilla, lots of lettuce, couple pieces of cheese(seriously not kidding), if you're lucky meat but literally had couple chunks of beef and. A tomato or two if your lucky. I know its a tool used to put meat in taco but they clearly didn't use it and/ or don't plan on it anytime soon. I have given up on them though found a couple of way better Mexican food restaurants close by open late everyday especially on weekends!! Never had to ask for extra anything or inform them on previous disappointment anywhere they just understand their foods worth. Its worth the reasonable price as well as quality and servings/ quantity of food!! Last year I rated it 5 stars now in 2019 I downgraded it to one due to downfall of review that even the corporate employees seemed uninterested in hearing about trying to blame it on tool uded but i know tool used can and should be able to scoop up a amount of meat to slightly make across taco but that was not case multiple times I attempted to give a few more chances but not...
