Mariscos El Cangrejo Nice — Restaurant in Anaheim

Came in because of all the reviews and recommendations, and I regret it. Went with my bf and it was not bad in the beginning. It was very empty I think there was maybe one family there only at the time. My bf ordered a michelada 🍺, he did try it he said it was good. It did look good! So I'll give them that! Ordered for myself a fish fillet but with a spicy mayo sauce and I hated it. 🙅🏼‍♀️ Lacked seasoning on the fish itself and was very strange texture. Told the waitress about it and ordered something else (she didn't charge me for that dish, since I barely took a bite and left the rest) I ordered these tacos with shrimp cheese and I think meat . Can't remember the name but they were okay. I think it was called goobenador ?? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Alot of grease on them so not a fan of that,😬 bf got the same thing, he agreed. Last but not least he ordered a ceviche tostada and he was super disappointed. I tried it too and it was not great. They only have ceviche ready with raw shrimp but he asked for cooked. They probably just cut up frozen cocktail shrimp and added it with peppinos not even salt or lime. It was very dry shrimp,no seasoning on it. The dishes were all pretty expensive. I think each taco was like $6 which is pretty expensive for one taco and the fish fillet was like $23

Would have loved to try the food but never got to. Me and my sister were in Anaheim on vacation for disneyland and came in around 8:00 pm. we had two children who were sleeping and the music was really loud so we almost left but the server led us to a spot in the back where it was quieter. we sat down and waited twenty minutes and nobody ever came. i went up to the counter and let them know nobody had came yet and the girl said okay and put her finger up as to say “hold on”. so i went back to sit down. we waited five more minutes and still nobody came. we got up and left and nobody even acknowledged us or apologized. they had obviously seen us walk in with two strollers so they knew we never ate. was very disappointed. it was a waste of our time and huge inconvenience. will never go again and will not recommend to anybody ever. terrible service and unnaceptable.

HORRIBLE NON EXSITENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My family and I decided to get go to this location because the one on Ball Rd was closed. Worst decision we ever made. They took forever to bring out order to the table and when the waitress did she brought us the wrong thing. The Tostada Mixsta was too salty and even though I ate a little bit of it they would not let me change it for something else. The tacos we ordered from the start were never brought to the table and when we went to confront the waitress about it they said "oh that's not my table" and brushed me off like I wasn't worth their time or energy. I ended up talking tot he manager and he was USELESS. Same attitude as at the waitresses and he clearly doesn't value the few customers he has during our current politically charged society!
