We've came here for years to order cakes. This time was such a disappointment. I went in to order my daughter's cake. Left a picture of how I wanted the cake etc. only think I wanted different was instead of white we wanted the cake pink. When we went to pick up. They handed me the cake with no writing what's so ever. I questioned it. The girl had no clue., went to call over the lady that was the once I placed the order with. I told her the cake was supposed to say sweet sixteen. Then she asked me if I still had the picture because she no longer did. I uckily still had it. Then asked a man in the back to write it. Came out mediocre and ugly. To top it off we ordered a 3 leches cake. It was completely dry. Unfortunately this will be the last cake order we place at this bakery. Picture attached of what I asked for . And what I got.

I ordered a cake with them, I gave them the photo of how I wanted it, colors and everything. They gave me the one they wanted, it was NOT the colors I asked for, it was also sweeter than cake and super sweet... The truth was horrible. And finally they delivered it to me in a completely open box, I had to ask that they change the box to one that was a little more closed because they don't have the box for that type of cake. If you sell something you must have what is necessary, if not, DO NOT SELL IT!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE!!!!

Muy mala experiencia pase este sábado pasado,compre un pastel de moka,café y nuez por $40.00 Como a la 1:30pm por motivo de cumpleaños de una persona muy querida y le gusta ESE en especial,no me lo lleve porque yo pasaba por esa persona,eh iva ver su pastel,. ERA SORPRESA La persona que me lo cobró salio de la caja registradora saco el Tiket levanto el cristal de los pasteles en exhibición,puso el tiket debajo del pastel que quería y dijo ya con eso no lo vende y ud. Pasa por el ,2 horas después van por el pastel ya no estaba esa persona y OTRA🤬🤬🤬🤬😡 QUE ESTABA AHI LO ACABABA DE VENDER A LA PERSONA QUE IVA ADELANTE DE MI EN LA FILA Cuando lo pedimos ,contesto hay lo acabo de vender disculpe ud. Me hablan y me comentan lo sucedido hablo con ESA🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Y dice disculpe fue mi error le puedo dar uno de 3 leche o le regreso su dinero ya sabrán lo que pensé decirle Me dio uno de 3 leche pues es la hora que quisiera ver de que es el pinch......pastel porque no es ni de 1/2 leche que poca la verdad la confianza que tenia depositada en esa panadería se fue al escusado 05/03/2024 3:10 pm,.Me volvió a pasar algo mucho más peor al siguiente día hay un cumpleaños pasamos no me quise bajar del auto porque les comentaría el incidente anterior ahora les muestro estas pruebas en foto y video y guardaré ese pedazo porque el resto lo tire por seguridad propia mía ,y familia tal vez es mi mala suerte TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO POR SEGURIDAD se encontró plástico en la parte del chocolate donde esta la foto de la flecha,cabello donde el video 😝😝🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤒🤒🤕🤕

I had called in advanced to request an order for a cake with 3 milks (tree leches) I needed the cake for Sunday I called in on Friday I specifically said to the girl I want a really nice cake for this little he's really special. I picked up the cake Sunday morning and when it was time to cut the cake it was so dry they didn't put the 3 milks in it It makes me so mad the fact that I couldn't give him the cake he wanted because the staffs or whoever made the cake messed up It was upsetting watching people throw away their piece of cake they got. Recently I placed an order for a blue cake and paid $80. When the day came THEY DIDN'T even make the cake. When the lady offer me to take one of the displays cake I had no choice as I had to present a cake to my guest. I asked her if it was tres leches and she said yes. As I am cutting the cake it wasn't even tres leches. Very disappointed at how unprofessional this place was, the cake was centered around the theme and was supposed to be showcased. I've tried to give this place a chance but this is the 3rd time this bakery has not deliverd...
