⚠️ Warning to anyone considering this Domino’s location does not deliver the quality or honesty you’d expect. The $10.99 “Build Ur own 🍕” 4get about getting that deal when U add double toppings the pizza comes out lighter and skimpier than a regular $8 pizza without any exaggeration.🤞 It’s basically just baked bread. If I wanted that, I’d go 2 a bakery. When I raised the issue, an employee brushed me off and told me “U wouldn't have this issue if U just paid regular price.” 😮 On top of that they’ve complained about me that I only order deals which is unprofessional and insulting. These promotions come directly 4rm Domino’s corporate,so the fact that employees insult customers 4 using them shows this problem comes directly w/ 4rm the owner that gives the orders or do the employees believe they R the owner's.🤦🏼♀️ Those deals R advertised by Domino’s itself, so no customer should B guilt tripped 4 using them.(PERIOD) What’s worse is that corporate/owner doesn’t seem 2 B paying attention or even slightly care if suckers keep buying that's all that matters. 🤷🏼♀️ What shocks me is that corporate hasn’t sent a secret shopper 2 experience this mess 4 themselves. With all the competition in the area it’s beyond stupidity 4 the owner 2 let this slide. At this point I’ve lost trust in the brand. ow has no secret shopper been sent 2 experience this firsthand? Customers deserve better and w/ plenty of competition in the area this kind of shady service and poor quality is beyond stupidity. Domino’s corporate clearly knows and does nothing. I’m done w/ Domino's 4 now plenty of better pizza out there. 🍕❌ Until Domino’s fixes this I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Domino’s should not allow stores like this one 2 operate and tarnish their reputation. 🚨 Domino’s = straight up scam 🚨 That $10.99 build Ur own 🍕 and the 50 OFF like 4 real what deal that perhaps why they keep offering this sham everyday,cuz...
Read moreDIRTY. SLOW. BAD MANAGEMENT. Avoid this location. Wed. night I called to order a med. Pizza & some bread twists for pickup. I was told $21, when l questioned the amount I was then told $14, & that the order would be ready in 20 minutes . I arrived on time & paid, & waited & waited...there were 2 people on duty and it was clearly more than they could handle. One of the delivery drivers walks in & finds his orders arent ready, & starts barking orders, & complaing they are putting too much toppings, he starts helping with the orders, sounds great except he NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS!. I watched as the other 2 washed their hands repeatedly, not him, not once. GROSS!!! Finally 50 min after I called in the order they said my pizza was ready, but where were my bread twists? The girl looks at the driver & he said "I just put them in". I told her I had to go I was going to be late for work. The driver told her to offer me a soda instead, what a joke. I said no, and hurried out. I called Dominos corporate # and they were no help, they told me to call the store. I called the store and spoke with Chloe she said she was the female on duty that night & she remembered the incident, but that she didn't have the power to refund my bread twists, and she would have her manager Fabiola call me. I patiently waited a week for her call. NO CALL. I repeat, DIRTY. SLOW....
Read moreSince the Domino's by our place is being remodeled we thought we'd try this location. We had to call back 4 times before the phone was answered, Understandable if it was during the lunch rush. It's 1:30. The person on the phone was rude when we asked if they would deliver to our location. it's 3 miles away, they can't drive 3 miles. It's a 7 minute trip with moderate traffic. Great customer service. Based on the reviews provided with the exception of the one written by the owner or a family member, the rest of the reviews were poor at best. We opted for Little Cesar's instead. II would take under advisement the reviews you have been given and do some training on customer service, what it is and why it is important fto grow your business. I understand the boundaries for delivery but with this one out of commission for a while I'd take advantage of the added customers who would like delivery. Worse case, you get a repramand from corporate and a bunch of happy customers, if you improve the quality of your product and offer the competition something to be concerned with then the sky is the limit. NO doesn't exist in most cases when the customer is standing there or is on the phone with money to put in your till. Change no into now and go get...
