This place is pretty darn good! Portions are family size, big and great for sharing. Came here with my brother for dinner and we had the black bean noodle, fried dumplings and fried chicken with hot sauce. Highlight of the night, the fried dumpling! Golden, crispy, juicy, hot, fresh...I would come back again just to eat that! By the way the dumpling size it is like 5 inches stuffed full with meat. The waitress is this enthusiastic nice old lady, she was really kicking it to gear and delivering out the food with a quickness that tells you she has experience. She also switched between Korean and Chinese depending on her customer, impressive. New place that took over the chicken pie shop. A few cons, there were tiny fruit flies around the table and it is a bit dim but if the food and service are good I am coming back!

Tired, in the sweltering Californian heat thought of settling into a nice warm soup, so decided to try this place because of the beautiful branding on the windows. We were welcomed by a friendly staff member, who rushed apologizing profusely for the discarded plates on the tables. We’re shown a hideous looking menu which was not appetizing at all. We settled for a spicy chicken and a vegetable plate. The chicken was tangy and the vegetable dish was over loaded some kind of sauce and the liquid dripping. The condiments were equally bad. But the service was exquisite and great.

What a strange place. The menu lists jjajangmyeon as $9.99, but on the bill, it was $12.99(+tax). The yaki-mandu, which was recommended, was over $17. What's going on? Do I just pay whatever the owner says? The owner boasted that the jjajangmyeon's noodles were made from soybeans, but they were extremely dry and far from chewy. The sauce was bland with a strong starchy taste. The yaki-mandu was decent, but considering it costs around $10 elsewhere, it should be better for this price. The owner was kind, but that's not everything.

The smell brought us in but the food and customer service will bring us back. The Steamed Meat Dumplings are so light and full of flavor,The Shrimp Fried Rice is delicious with plenty of shrimp and the Kung Pao Chicken melts in your mouth! Everything is made to order not sitting under a heat lamp. Our server was so friendly and attentive too. She made us feel like family! We will definitely be back for years to come. A+ ⭐ 😀
