La Michoacana Gourmet — Restaurant in Anaheim

Walked in and looked around today interested in what this new store could be. OK, customer service 101,for those who don't know, when a potential customer enters your shop, greet them with a smile and "Hello" or, "someone will be right with you". None of these happened with me. Instead, they completely ignored me. Even though, I was clearly interested as I was checking out their flavors. Either nobody noticed because they were handling other customers who, from what I could hear couldn't speak English. I've never encouraged establishment before so I have no idea if its a Mexican frozen treat store or what? Since nobody acknowledged my presence, I guess I was welcome. Not going back anytime soon the way they treat potential customers, I'm wondering if they'll last in...

This place gets 3 stars because the place was really clean and the workers were really nice but unfortunately the items i ordered werent at all any good. My wife ordered hot cheetos with cheese and the cheese wasnt even warm, it was still cold. We also ordered some churros wich we had to wait for only to recieve them tasting stale and hard. Im not sure if they were reheated or made incorrectly. Lastly i ordered a coconut shaved ice which to my surprise was just shaved ice with straight up pumps of a clear coconut flavoring which didn't taste bad but was nothing to what the picture looked like. I was going to Rite Aid for ice cream and saw this new ice cream shop next door so I went inside to check it out. I was blown away with how much selection La michoacana gourmet had in it's store. Ice cream, churros, shaved ice, sorbets, fresh smoothies and shakes! Price was extremely reasonable and the staff was friendly. It must have opened recently because I didn't notice it a few weeks ago. My family ordered the pistachio paradise, churros ( hot and fresh), mango con Chile and a popsicle and everything was amazing.
