The Bold guy, hussain has a very bad attitude,
Here is my story,
So i and my other friends were sitting on table 12, we figured we were not comfortable we decided to change our table informed the person other than hussain that we are changing our table we were given the approval and we moved from table 12 to table 2, however a few minutes after hussain (the bold guy) approached us in a very bad manner said hey you guys should not do this and and make sure you inform me next time,
We said but we did tell your colleague, he (hussain) goes like you should tell me not him dont do this again in a (very bad attitude), we asked him why are you talking to us like that he said you should behave we said but we didn't even say anything to you, where as this should have been communicated between them,
However a few minutes after he approached us again and said we will not provide you hookahs, to my knowledge while everyone else had hookah and this was not our first time we asked him why he said he didn't want to give us service and then he accused me that i always had a bad attitude i said before you say this talk about yourself not your colleagues everyone else knows me here and i have always been nice here, he said no you have a bad attitude with Mohammad too i said bring him lets see who is Mohammad and why would i have a bad attitude with anyone this is not personal nor i know them why would i have a bad attitude, in the mean time hw goes bluffing so much stuff,
His own colleagues Basam said no you were never disrespectful nor had a bad attitude ever.
However my next step is to take this further to Sameer the owner and will continue my review accordingly,
This was really disappointing i have been coming here for 2 years now and i decided to never be here again and spread the word now to my circle and social media i have the right of speech and i will take this...
Read moreThe lack of professionalism displayed by Mohammad, the manager, ensured that I will not return to Mahroosa. As a regular customer who frequently visits them on weekly basis with friends, I typically enjoy both the ambiance and cuisine. However, during my recent visit, when I called ahead to inquire about dining options due to Ramadan, Mohammad informed me we would have to wait until 7 PM to be served. Despite asking about the menu, he directed me to the Instagram page without providing any specifics. Upon arrival, we entertained ourselves with tea and backgammon, only to discover that the main dish we had anticipated would not be available due to insufficient customer demand, though it was on the menu posted on instagram (though we asked as we entered to make sure they will serve it). Despite communicating our dissatisfaction to Suzie, a server, and waiting for 25 minutes with no resolution, we offered to order the dish from the menu and pay full price. Even with that request, Mohammad finally approached us offering that he will do so if we wait an additional hour. Unwilling to prolong our wait any further, we requested the bill. As we exited, it was evident that Suzie handled the situation more adeptly than the manager himself. Mohammad's lack of basic customer service skills and inability to address customer concerns has regrettably led to the loss of...
Read moreThis place is a legitimate Arab restaurant with Middle Eastern cuisine from all over.
On Fridays they serve Mansaf which is one of the best I've ever had. (Make sure to ask for no bread which they put under the rice to serve if you need it to be gluten free).
They do run out!
I also really enjoy the lamb kabsa served regularly.
My sister will say the kibbeh is one of the best. Unfortunately, I can't eat it because this dish is not gluten free by it's nature.
Of course, one of the biggest reasons I go is for the hookah. I just love the vibe that everyone is usually sitting around at their tables, smoking hookah, playing games and the music videos are usually in Arabic. They have lots of flavor options and you can combine any flavors you want. Sometimes I just ask for a mint and fruit mix and ask them to surprise me. So fun.
The services spectacular, your hookah coals will always be refilled. They basically have a hookah guy who goes around and manages all the hookahs. This guy is also great dude, his name slips my mind at the moment.
Our waiter is almost always Mohammad and he's just so prompt, attentive and sweet and just a really likable guy.
I tried to make it out here monthly but we probably come every other month.
High recommend.
I will upload photos of the...
