Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Anaheim

Well, I'm glad google asked me to update my review of this Starbucks because my opinion of this location has definitely changed. I have been going to this Starbucks almost every day for close to 5 years now. This USED TO BE my favorite Starbucks location...hands down. Not anymore! I mean I guess I will always have a love for this location and hope, but it's just not the same and I don't know why I keep going there because there is another one about a mile away. I guess it's like one of those bad relationships where you just keep holding on hoping things will change. Lol! 🤦🏼‍♀ The employees are what makes the store really and all the employees have changed. They used to have a staff that made you feel like family...like they were genuinely happy to see you when you walked in every morning and they just made you feel loved and welcomed. They made serious effort in their customer service and it showed. But all that is gone! It no longer feels like that. To be honest a lot of times I am made to feel like I'm an inconvenience and an annoyance. The coffee is still great and some of them are fantastic baristas but it's just not same. The customer service and just the store in general has gone way down hill. I feel like management has a lot to do with things too and management has changed. I don't know but I have hope for this store and will always have a love for it but I have seriously been thinking about going to a different one. If you are doing a mobile order and that quick run in and run out then this location is just fine but if you are looking for that outstanding customer service experience this is not the one! as usual this store hasnt change it seems like gets worse and worse too many employees that dont do anything, tables dirty all sticky trash can all dirty floors dirty, i left my coffe on the table and jacket on the table to use the restroom for a minute came back and this girl threw away my drink and took my jacket, i left the jacket on the table for a reason so people wont throw my drink away, it seems like this girl has a low IQ or some type of understanding problems to figure out why the jacket is on the table, i called the store to acknowledge the manager about this so the manager can retrain this employee but guess what the person that dump my drink was the manager so i asked her why you threw the drink away if you seeing the jacket on the table i said is that how you run your store throwing the customers drink away she didn't know what to say, it proves my point that starbucks just offer the manager position just to anyone not qualified just for 50 cents to a 1 dllrs more on their paid check to save money, won't recommend this store the only reason i stopped by this store because the other stores didn't have one of the items that usually buy i spent 25dllrs on this store on single purchase on that moment and what do i get my drink thrown away and my jackect taken...

I give it such a low score because I grew up in the neighborhood and this Starbucks has been on this site for close to 20 years and even 10 years ago it was a far better atmosphere if you wanted to sit down and have some coffee in a relaxed environment. There used to be wireless chargers in the tables and charging platforms like most Starbucks have now there's not there's just some wooden tables that look horrible slapped across the side of the wall like it doesn't belong there nobody sits down in there anymore because it's not set up for that if management took the time to set the place up and get some better tables and chairs and some Outlets available for plugins I guarantee that you would have a huge increase in your net profit now I don't have to tell you that the sky is blue you already know this but for some reason this Starbucks has deteriorated degraded and fell apart more than any other Starbucks I've ever seen it's sad because it's right here in my...
