Starbucks — Restaurant in Anaheim

Ahem...well I was sent on a quest by my dear sick 🤢 mother ☝️. She requested that I venture into the world 🌎 and retrieve her a box of kleenex 🤧 and a medicine ball 🍵 for her weary sore throat. So like a good knight I went out and fulfilled her request. I first stopped 🛑 at the hellscape 😈 that is Walmart. Then, after I battled 🤺 my way through, I successfully rode 🐎 off into the early afternoon with the kleenex. With my trusty steed 🏇💨 (my 2009 Honda accord🚗). I then ventured forth to this particular Starbucks ⭐️💵. The line was short. A good sign that the squires ⚔️ in there are of a quick 🏃‍♂️💨 pace. I ordered and went forth. The steed 🐎 infront of me was served really quick. And then I payed 💲. However I remembered 💡that my mother 👩 fancied the chocolate chip cookies 🍪 here. As the cashier at the drive through opened the window to give me my medicine ball 🍵I asked him for a cookie 🍪. He said yes! The young Squires name is Clayton ☝️ AKA THE BEST STARBUCKS WORKER ❗️✨️👹. IF YALL WANT TO BE SERVED RIGHT AT STARBUCKS I HOPE CLAYTON IS IN THE WINDOW❗️✨️💪 #CLAYTONSHOULDGETARAISE 💸💲#CLAYTONBESTSTARBUCKSWORKER 💪💯✨️#YALLGOTNOTHINGONCLAYTON 🫵🚫

We are new to neighborhood and ws excited to have a Starbucks so close to us. Unfortunately after living here the last few months we have decided to go to another location. They constantly Charge us $8.50 for our order! 2 venti americanos. 1 iced w/white mocha & fat free milk w/longshot& 1 hot w/8 sugars

Every other Starbucks is $7.50 for our order. They told me,"it has always been $8.50" so I decline order and drive to another location off State College. Place my order and my total was $7.50. Im done with that other location.

My other complaint with this location is they dont hussle when making drinks. The wait times have been 20min.or more Also when we ordered through the pick up app there were 3 occasions when they had to remake the order They put whole milkin the coffee when my Fiance cant stomach whole milk i feel this location lacks leadership! And could probably use more staff. What got me the most irritated about my experience is that they didnt try to see if there was a problem they just showed me the screen and said "thats what it says" My finace and I order the same 2 drinks Everyday and occasionally a bannana bread. But now..i think its time to get a Keurig. Or keep going to another location. Which sucks cuz this one is only 1 block away from...

Like to thank the whole entire team at this location for an amazing year. Art, Robbie you guys are awesome employees and your service, smiles, positive energy every morning really helps the community and your customers. Not sure who is running that store and who your District Manager is but as a leader in this community I have to say that you guys set the tone for a lot of peoples day. People like you wo are very hard to come by and I know that sometimes your leaddership lacks the communication and or information is not being told to you about positive feedback. I know this as a fact for it has happen to me. I cant express that one day you will be blessed because people see and engage with you and I hope that one day something amazing happens and turns your life around.
