If I could give negative stars, I would. This all happened on a Thursday evening around 8:00 PM, for context. Possibly the WORST fast food experience, I have ever had. It took more than 30 min to get our food, people after us were served before us because as we were told our food had been given out at the drive thru. Ann had an attitude and blamed the teenagers which is in poor taste IMHO. Additionally, when she "apologized" she did so with a sarcastic tone, said I should include her name in the review. She repeatedly said i don't know what you want me to do. When they served my friend after we had waited more than 20 min for her food, the prefer was wrong. Lastly, Ann offered a refund and then stormed off. When we choose to accept this offer we were told we had to give the food back as well which is not what she had said. She would not come back to the front to complete the refund she offered. We asked for a corporate number or a number we could call to complain and were told there was no such number to give. I will never be stopping by here again, and I highly recommend no one else waste their time either unless you have 30+ minutes to spare. Other people also had issues with their orders, one lady had an online order that she had to wait to be made. I went to pick up a grilled chicken salad for my daughter today from Zaxby's and the young woman who took my order was such a breath of fresh air. You could absolutely HEAR the smile in her voice over the intercom. I didn't quite catch her name, but it might have been Marqueta. It was an M name, but my memory ain't as good as it used to be. So if you know the folks who own our local Zaxby's, please let them know they've got a young lady working for them that needs to be teaching EVERY person in town who works with the public how to provide an awesome customer service experience for their customers. As soon as we bit into our chicken it smelt and tasted like metal. We cracked open each one of our chickens and the same thing. The fries, bread, and coleslaw were fine. But we were not able to each the chicken and wasted 8 pieces. When this was brought to the attention of the manager on shift, she just said okay. So I insisted that the machine it was cooked in should be looked at and again said okay, walking away afterwards. No compensation of any kind offered for the fact that the chicken was inedible.
