★★★★★ Food quality ★★★★★ Service ★★★★★ Ambiance ★★★★☆ Value ★★★★★ Menu selection ★★★★★ Location/Accessibility ★★★★★ Overall experience In December, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings with my former coworker, FF, to catch the World Cup Semi Final match between France and England. Even though FF was no longer with us, we were able to arrange a meet-up and arrived just after 2 in the afternoon. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so we quickly found a table. The restaurant itself is quite spacious with lots of tables and a central bar counter. The walls are lined with dozens of TVs broadcasting various sports shows. After settling into our spot, FF politely asked the waitress to change one of the TVs to the channel showing the World Cup. We then took our time going through the menu, and since I couldn't eat chicken or cheese, I opted for an All-American Cheeseburger with no cheese, a side of small fries, and a pink lemonade drink. The burger arrived promptly and was warm and freshly cooked, it consisted of two white buns, two lean beef patties, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, and mayo sauce, all placed neatly on a generic white plate. While the burger was a bit dry, it was flavorful and not greasy, which was a plus. The lettuce and tomato added some moisture to the bite, and the pickles added a much-needed tang. The fries were deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a mouthwatering aroma. They paired perfectly with ketchup, as is all else. The lemonade was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was undoubtedly made with real lemons, as my throat felt the burn as it went down. FF ordered 10 medium-hot Traditional Wings and a pint of beer, but surprisingly began sweating profusely after eating only five wings. I couldn't resist teasing him for being a lightweight. To prove my point, I asked the waitress to bring us a sample of the spiciest sauce, the BLAZIN'® CAROLINA REAPER, which I found absolutely delectable. Surprisingly, I loved the flavor of the sauce, which tasted like a chili pepper-infused oil you'd find in any Asian market. The sauce had a grainy texture that absorbed into every muscle fiber of my mouth and tongue, leaving a long-lasting spiciness with an earthy and slightly bitter undertone. It paired perfectly with my fries, which I quickly devoured. Although I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a true M when it comes to food, the pain and burn that came with this sauce was something else. The intensity of the heat brought me so much pleasure that I felt like I was in the embrace of a sucubus, and for a brief moment, I was transported to he*. The experience was so good that I ended up ordering 30 medium-hot traditional wings for a party I was going to attend. While I enjoyed my burger, I found it a bit expensive considering the quality of the ingredients, apart from the buns. The cooking technique could use some refinement as well. Nonetheless, considering the excellent service we received, I believe the price was fair. The restaurant's menu was a standout, offering diverse and customizable dishes. Moreover, the numerous sauces available for any dish were a big plus. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, despite being unable to consume one of the primary ingredients. It was my first time visiting an authentic sports bar, having previously only watched soccer at a street bar. I wholeheartedly recommend Buffalo Wild Wings to any sports fans who have yet to try it out, which I'm sure is a small number. Oh, and by the way, France...
Read moreOk so i would like to start off by saying i don't usually leave bad reviews. But after our visit to this bdubs location, sadly that is going to change. So my wife and I have had a long bad day and decided to cheer ourselves up with a trip to one of our favorite restaurants. Upon arriving at the beechmont avenue location we had a short wait which was completely fine. They were a bit busy and we understand things get hectic sometimes. And the front end staff were very friendly. Upon being seated we began to look at the menu looking forward to filling our bellies. After 13-15 minutes finally our waitress came to get our order for drinks and food. During the next half an hour we were not visited by our server and did not recieve either of our appetizers. Finally someone comes out with my wifes appetizer but not mine. After 10 minutes i had to flag a different waitress down to ask about my appetizer. She promptly went to get it and a few minutes later i recieved it. After another 20 minutes our meals arrive. My wifes order was correct but my order was wrong. I wanted my sauce on the side (it was not) and it tasted and looked like my asian zing sauce was mixed with their medium sauce. ( mind you we still had not seen our actual server at this point) so i decided to flag down a server and ask for a manager. A very nice woman came out and heard my complaint went to the back she returned to let us know she informed the axtual store manager, the kitchen and our server is waiting for the order to come up and should only be a moment. 10 minutes passed and my food still hadn't arrived but our server FINALLY did to see if we need refills. At this point we asked to speak with the actual store manager. After a few minutes a man came out with my correct order. (Mind you at this point we have waited for well over an hour for my food and we had to start getting ready to leave) we began explaining to the manager the we were very dissatisfied with the quality of our service and explained what our experience thus far had been like. He began to argue with us in an extremely condescending tone "well have you recieved everything you ordered" "then whats the problem" "so your only problem was with her service" " I feel like that was only a few moments ago when they came to get your other order" (15 minutes had passed) "so what seems to be the problem is there anything else" ( as if they have had perfect service" at this point we just explained that we had to leave because service and taking so long. It took him about 5 minutes to bring me the box and the two lids for the sauces. But he did not bring me the check knowing that I told him we were in a hurry to leave because my wife had to get to her third shift job at the hotel she works at. And don't you dare upon waiting 5 more minutes still we had no check. In summary the service was terrible and we were made to feel like we were just complaining to make their day harder and just to be whiners. Please be aware that if your order is wrong you will be talked down to when you visit...
Read moreLast night was the worst experience at a restaurant in a LONG time. We came in with about 30 people (a baseball team) after a game. We got seated right away. We had a kids (15yr olds) table and an adult section. The waitress took our orders - and she kept our orders all separate - identifying by the numbers on our kids jerseys. It took about 15-20 min for her to bring our drinks. She started out pleasant but it turned ugly pretty fast. We are pretty easy going as a group too - as we know there are shortages in workers etc. it took well over an hour for most people to receive their food. Orders were wrong. We saw the manager walking around but not once did he stop by our group to ask if everything is ok. After about 90 minutes of waiting for MY food - I told the server to just forget it. I’d eat at home. About 5 min later she came out to our table and proceeded to hand me a burger and say “this may or may not be your order and it may have onions on it”. I refused it and then she turned to the kids table and said “I have a burger here with onions - is anyone missing their food?” One of our boys claimed it - and a few min later stated that it was cold. Getting our bills was another fiasco. And mind you - the server seemed pretty methodical when she was taking our orders - keeping everyone with their kids based on jersey numbers. When we all got our bills - there were many errors which required her to go back and adjust. She was very annoyed with us by this point and very unpleasant. Needless to say - our entire team is from Anderson. We were all very upset by this experience. Anderson is a small town and the word will get out of the horrible experience we all had. None of us will be back. Honestly - I believe the manager is mainly to blame here - he NEVER once came by our table to check on things and offer to help our server out. Very very very disappointed in BW3’s Anderson location tonight. We...
