First time going. The staff was two women and they were Very sweet. The one was younger and one was older (not old by any means of course) but the older one was so incredibly nice and helpful (the lady in one of my pics) . After being baffled by the amount of parents who just simply don’t watch their kids, seeing kids run wild and getting in other kids way where they don’t belong, I’m even more impressed how that lady was so happy and upbeat and so kind. I couldn’t handle a job like that. She deserves a raise! Absolutely adored her so please pass that along. The park itself is smaller than expected. It’s very fun but we went on a weekday (with our homeschool group) and my kids still could barely get on the game station trampoline, the air bag thing, dodgeball, or basketball because of the sheer number of kids who had no parents in sight running around getting on things that clearly said “one kid at a time”… no balls in the basket ball area but one so luckily one random teen gave my kids the one ball she had which was very sweet because we didn’t even ask her or anything. My daughter got on the video game thing one time (after waiting her turn for 15 mins) and that was ruined immediately with two random kids (3-5 yrs old) getting on it with her in her way half way thru her game. And my kids are too polite and sweet so she just got off and let them have it. There is a baby-small kid area and it’s super cool but somehow the main areas were flooded with literal babies (swear to god) and toddlers everywhere running without any parents anywhere in sight. Point being, place was great, fun, great staff, the foam blocks didn’t smell bad (according to my other daughter lol) like I read on the reviews lol, and my kids had fun. But the cons are ; parents are horrific and don’t watch their spawns of Satan, and if your kids aren’t okay being assertive and rude they won’t get turns on anything like mine didn’t. So go on a weekday during school hours if you can. Place itself is great and has some claw machines and fun stuff besides the main attraction. Your kids will have fun but peace be with you dealing with other parents… oh and you have to buy their socks which I believe were $3.49. But you keep them and can use them...
Read moreI took my grandsons here for a summer fun day. Wasn’t even there 10 mins and one of my grandsons and another little girl bumped into each other. She went and gathered several older kiddos (they were with a summer camp that was there) and they proceeded to tell him he needed to apologize. He came straight to me, while talking to him, about five or more kids came saying their teacher wanted him. I asked does she work her they said no. I went to get a manager. Well that was useless! The manager Bryce never opened his mouth and acted like he was scared to death and Mekayla who never introduced herself as a manager wanted to have a meeting with my grandson and the little girl to teach them a learning experience! Once I said absolutely not and who do you think you are, she said she was the manager and a previous teacher and they both needed to learn from this! I’m sorry it’s a trampoline park, if you don’t want to get bumped or touched sit out! My grandson was scared to death and quite frankly so was I seeing other than maybe 3 other patrons and Bryce we were the only white people in the place! Mekayla herself must have known them and the teachers because they all kept hugging her and the treatment we received was absolutely horrible! My grandson did apologize to the little girl and that should have been the end of it! No one should have swarmed around him or wanted to talk to him and management should never have handled this situation they way it was handled! NEVER...
Read moreBrought the kids on a rainy Sunday. When we arrived we had to take our own metal chairs off of the top of the tables we wanted to use (as were the other customers) because nobody had done or was doing that. When we left 90 mins later there were still chairs on some tables. The bathrooms were filthy, the feminine hygiene trashes in the stalls were literally overflowing, toilet paper all over the ground in every stall, food trash everywhere. 1/3 of the park was “closed for cleaning” but no cleaning was taking place. This included the rock wall and foam pit. Only the main court, 2 out of 3 basketball lanes and dodgeball were open for play. The first full hour we were there there were 0 monitors on the entire bouncing floor. At 12 a single bored looking employee with an air pod in appeared and walked around every once in a while. The rest of the teenaged employees stood behind the check in/food counter talking amongst themselves or on their phones. On a busy Sunday that seems unacceptable and dangerous. When approached to ask if the foam pit/rock wall would be opening at all today we were told no. When asked when it would be open they said they had no idea and it could be “a couple of weeks”?! Most parents around me that were discussing it felt the same way, we should not have been paying full price for this experience. I would highly recommend another location, this one is ran extremely poorly, honestly doesn’t seem to be...
