Two weekends in a row we've gone in to the location to order 6 donuts and three coffees. Both times we were told that they prefer orders using the App or Kiosk. When told that the app and kiosk do not have all of the offerings from the menu, we were still told to use the App or Kiosk. Frustrating, but we tried anyway. Both times, the donuts we can see in the case were not on the menu in the App/Kiosk. When a man in front of us - we'll call him Mike M - tried to order donut holes, he was told "order something else and we'll give you donut holes" he too, was frustrated - he doesn't know what to select instead, what's an equivalent price, so he simply orders the two glazed donuts he wanted and ignored the donut holes. The lady behind the counter told him he needed to pay for the donut holes too - he agreed but then again had to explain there is no way to order them from the kiosk. No one behind the counter wants to act as cashier / order taker, despite the clear shortcoming of the App/Kiosk. We ended up leaving without donuts and won't go back - the store is either understaffed or incapable of talking to people in the store to take an order. We got donuts from the new place down the street and we had a nice conversation with the people about their donuts and were able to order from an...
Read moreStop to get 50 Donut Holes.. Busy as expected which is no big deal. I ask if it's possible to put the 2 different types in seperate boxes and the guy says Yes No Problem.. (I don't like people digging through the boxes to pick out the ones they like etc.) Go to cash out and he tells me the price is 5 dollars more. I said I got 50, should be 12.99 plus tax and he says No you got 2 boxes of 25.. I said it's still 50.. he said no it's 2 boxes of 25. I said put them in 1 box then and he said No I can't now.. Had I not waited for all the time I would of walked out, and couldn't blame the people directly behind me who said that was ridiculous and walked out without ordering and said they were heading to Greaters.. And if that isn't bad enough, the lady stocking donuts was sweating and kept wiping her face and then putting more down, when I said something to the guy, he said it's OK she has gloves on, I said she is touching her face over and over with the glove she is touching donuts with, and again, he says like I said, she has a glove on.. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service and i have a video of her wiping her face several times and then touching the food. Going to figure out how to make her face blurry and...
Read moreMy son and I arrived at 6:45 a.m. the doors were locked I proceeded to the drive-through and asked what time do they open the front of the store. And the attendant admitted that the store opens at 6 a.m. but they only open the door if you have for customers or more at the door. I then responded "well I was really looking forward to coming in with my autistic son to work on his behavior skills." And instead of any kind of acknowledgment of what I said she just ignored me and asked me if I wanted to order. I didn't want to upset my son so I went ahead and proceeded with the order. When I pulled up to the window to pay and receive my order the manager open the window and said how is your day? I responded well it would have been nice if you opened your doors because my son was looking forward to going into your store. And he just completely ignored me again as if I didn't say anything at all. I don't know if customer service is just really going down the pipe. But I really feel like if you say that your store opens at 6 you should follow at least that guideline. I will never come to this location ever again. They don't seem to care about...
