Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Anderson Township

genuinely really disappointed with this location. i have always gone to the amelia location, but they were closed today due to power issues. so i drive to this location, WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE besides a dad and his kids eating, already served. i was not greeted when i walked in. they took my order & said nothing else. i sat down to wait for my food, then people started coming in. they served EVERYONE before me. they had to keep reminding one another to make my food. i then get handed my food, and went up to pay, and they kept ignoring me & rang out a family that i realized the staff knew. so they served and took care of them first. then allowed multiple people to walk in front of me to check out, so i then stepped back, obviously irritated, and then they asked the next person if they could check me out. 4 people later i was served. i was very upset, and very disappointed. i work in retail, i know it isn’t fast food, but the customer service i received was HORRIBLE. i didn’t get an apology, i just kept getting starred at. i will not be returning to...

I love the food and have been getting Jersey Mike's consistently for about 6 months now, but never have I experienced anything like this. I ordered food for lunch for delivery (because Covid and everything) and they deliver through door dash. The time for our delivery to arrive came around and 20 minutes pass and no food is here. About 10 minutes after that we finally got in contact with our driver. He had a double order, but jersey Mike's had only seen one. Having experienced issues with the system before our driver insisted that he had a double order and was going to wait for the other food. Somewhere in that exchange Jersey Mike's called the police on our driver for doing his job, causing our food to be delivered about 45 minutes late. I'm frankly disappointed in the handling of the situation from Jersey Mike's here not only causing dissatisfaction from me, but also putting our delivery driver through such a hard time just so he...

The pandemic changed a lot of things; they way we live; the way we shop; and our dining in an out-that was so routine and became so difficult Well, through this pandemic our family made it a point to support all our local small businesses. Jersey Mikes was one business we hadn’t tried before the pandemic but decided to support it now; so we started with our first family order of subs AND now this fantastic place has become our regular dining out. 5 stars all the way!!! It is very clean ! The staff are outstanding!
