Culver’s — Restaurant in Anderson

It's an absolute nightmare picking up deliveries from this location. I'll take down the review if changes are made.

It's not clear at all we're delivery drivers should stand or go So we are all forced to stand in line with everyone else. When this store is busy, this can cause 20 to 30 additional minutes of wait time. Absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, the whole time we are eyeballing the food sitting right there. If you try standing off to the side no one will acknowledge you so standing in line is literally the only way to get noticed.

They have tons of employees but they don't try to do anything in logical order or efficiently. A lot of the front employees walk around lost or seem to be doing a task that is not needed but they were at some point told to do. If they need more people at the registers, nobody will figure that out and people will continue to serve as runners standing there doing nothing. If they need help bagging like they needed today, the bagging lady won't reassign people or ask for help. I heard her say that they don't make delivery orders until the driver gets there. That's completely untrue. I was forced to wait 10 minutes today as she made a deliver order for a driver that wasn't even there. Prior to her bagging that order, the other employees told her I was there and waiting. Instead of immediately bagging the DoorDash order that I had been assigned, she bags the order for the person that's not there. Mind you, as she's telling the other employees they don't make the food until the...

This was my first visit. After reading some reviews I was a little leery. I've never been through a drive-thru when there were three other cars in front of me and had to wait 12 minutes to get my food which was luke warm when I FINALLY got it. I also feel like if I'm going to have to wait that long you should give me a complimentary food as well to let me know that you know it's frustrating to wait that long and you appreciate my business. If I'm going to have to wait that long at least it should be HOT! I don't know if they are understaffed but I don't understand how it can take that long to make a hamburger and french fries. I was disappointed at the price I paid for the little amount of food you get which was one of the reviews I had read. I feel like if you're going to pay a good bit of money for your food you should get what you pay for. On the plus size, the hamburger you could tell was very fresh. I got a mushroom Swiss burger. It was very dry. I have never eaten a Mushroom Swiss burger and not needed a napkin. 🤔 Very few mushrooms. If it's called a Mushroom Swiss burger it should be loaded with them and they don't cost a lot of money!!! I don't think I will be going back! Or recommend...

The food is decent. The wait is ridiculous even for a new restaurant. I waited 2 hours during my first visit and an hour today. After an hour of waiting today, a waitress comes up to me with attitude (and no sign of my food) and says (with attitude) “Excuse me ma’am but could you pull up?? We need room for our other customers.” Well obviously I am not one of the important customers but maybe they should be more concerned about getting the orders out than trying to pack in more drivers. They wouldn’t need me to pull up if they could simply get my order in less than an hour so I could be on my way. By the way, I was pulled all the way up to the car in front of me so I’m not sure why she was so bothered.. I was very patient with them so I don’t appreciate the attitude especially after how much I spent. I can go somewhere else for cheaper and get my food in 5 minutes without an attitude.
