So far so good the aesthetics of the place is upscale takeout. Dine in is clean and that’s always important. The tea was great the Thai Chai was Awesome! Fresh flowers on the table a cute touch of class. One person can get a meal about $15 plus drink and tax. Please price the same amount of food anywhere at the relative same price and then realize the food is fresh! I am still here and will update as the meal goes on. So the food came and was so amazing looking. Spicy Note: they offered more rice spice and hot sauce! Im so happy!!!! Food tasted better than it looked! Thanks so Much for a great experience!

Second visit trying new stuff will post more pics and give a final review so far so good! Food started coming to the table my guest got hers first and then the waitress went to the next table and started cleaning. I politely got her attention and asked if there was a mistake with my food. She replied in a short and not pleasant manner “it’s coming” so I’m posting pictures of the food that looks good as it did arrive a few moments later but did not make up for bringing food out separate and kind of snapping off at me. I love Asian food of all kinds and rarely find an Asian person being out right rude perhaps my redneck look and burly beard offered me less respect. Retracting a couple stars for that. The website had a promo: 10% off for new customers, order online, discount applied at checkout. I didn’t receive my discount and asked about it upon arrival and was rudely told they have nothing to do with that and I would need to call the credit card company. I brushed it off because it was only 10%.

I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to the restaurant on time but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food to become ready. The lady who told me about the discount did try to make it up by offering me a drink while I waited. As my order became ready, she told me they would make it up to me but did not disclose how or when. I thought that was a kind gesture but at this point I’m not worried about it.

I ordered the Pad Woon Sen and an order of the fresh rolls. I requested my Pad to be “Thai spicy hot” but it had no flavor whatsoever. They may have put salt and pepper during the cooking process but there was zero flavor and kick, as requested. The noodles were overcooked and somewhat mushy. The vegetables were delicious, but lacking flavor. The fresh rolls were good but the peanut dipping sauce was very bitter. Almost like it was made with apple cider vinegar, which I was not a fan of.

I dined in today with my 3 sons, two of which are autistic 5 year olds. We dine out a lot, and never have any issues. Today, the waitress told one of my twins, NOT ME, that he needed to not make a mess because it was not good for other customers. I started to explain he was autistic, but don’t feel I need too so I just ignored it. She then gave us dirty looks the whole time we were eating because they were indeed, making a mess with their food like most kids do. I’ve worked in the food industry for 10 years so i understand trying to clean up our mess the best we can, which we did. But I did not feel we were treated good so I did not tip her much. She then told me I was REQUIRED to tip her more. I ignored her and walked out the door with my kids and my hands full. She then walked outside and told me I was not allowed to dine in there anymore, only togos. I told her not to worry because we would not be back. And she responded the trouble we caused her with the mess. I have never been treated so disgustingly at a restaurant. I also always tip very good but this was just beyond disbelief how she treated us. NOT...
