I'm deleting my old one star review I left during COVID to leave a new one-star review. The attitude these women have behind the counter is unbelievable. I was there to pick up an order and the woman, I think she's actually the manager, kept making direct eye contact with me. Like four times she made sustained eye contact with me as I was standing in line, yet she would immediately look over and talk to another customer. I could not tell her who I was there for, And it's critical that I check with someone because oftentimes the order is done and behind them somewhere. So I started speaking to her and caught her attention as she was literally still making eye contact with me. She gets upset with me and tries to act like she can't hear me, then when I speak more loudly she rudely says I'll get to you when I'm ready to get to you. I simply asked her why she could not ask me who I'm there for in the four times she made direct sustained eye contact with me. Obviously she knows she could have done that, and being called out on not doing the right thing set her off. This happened around 8:30 a.m. on May 27th if the franchise owner gives enough of a crap to see the incident because it became an incident. She was very loud and her monologue that followed disturbed the other customers and I felt extremely uncomfortable. It was highly embarrassing and the whole dining room stopped eating. Then she goes to the back and bad mouths me and talks about people with attitudes, makes herself out to be some kind of victim, and all kinds of stuff. I ended up apologizing to her just to make it less awkward but this woman needs to be handled.

Read moreI frequent the drive-thru of this location quite often; I have six doctors on this side of town, so after leaving a doctor's office and waiting for an hour or two you guys have the fastest drive thru... prompt service is an easy choice! And you guys are always there with biscuits and gravy any time of day, as my mother, who has trouble swallowing certain foods, can only eat soft things most of the time.
Out of all the Bojangles in town, you guys are the only ones that have had soft biscuits every single time! Trust me, you would have heard from her if you didn't, LOL!
This particular visit, I saw the new two bird dogs for $5 special and opted for two of those with extra sauce and a biscuit for my mother and I both.. My only compliant was that my extra side of sauce was put on the bird dog, even though I asked for it on the side. It was a bit messy, but oh man, it was so good. Therefore, the five stars still stand! The pickles have a nice zesty spice, and the "Carolina Gold BBQ sauce," as I would call it, pairs perfectly.
If I could ask you guys to change one thing it would be to either turn the speaker down on the drive-thru or ask the staff not to yell into it semicolon I have some heart issues and panic attacks Etc so getting startled doesn't take much. But other than that, you guys keep up the good work, and thank you!

Read moreI been in restaurant management for years, but this place is something else. Sat at the drive through window for nearly 5 minutes without being greeted while listening to the drive through attendant have a convo through the speaker with her co-worker. After finally being greeted , she didnt hear ourorder, so we repeated it, during which time she continued her conversation with her co-worker, again not hearing us order. To make it better, she got an attitude with us for her failure to do her job. This has never happened to me at a drive though before. I shared my concerns with the manager, as politely as I possible could given the disrespectful attitude towards my wife. She blamed the delay on another "difficult" customer instead of taking responsibility. The years in this business has taught me to create solutions instead of excuses. I'm sure the manager is "real cool" to work for, but your business will suffer with this level of unprofessionalism. There was zero attempt to correct the problems, and every attempt to blame OTHER customers. It's a bad look for your business. I wont be back until this type if nonsense is solved. I will be contacing the corporate office to further detail the disrespectful comments and attitude of the drive...
