Burger King — Restaurant in Anderson

Nate gave me a receipt with a “free whopper” survey on the back . It seemed like a great deal so I came back the next day . I come through the drive thru and a pleasant voice comes across the speaker. Kira told me I ruled took my order expeditiously and gave me great service as if I was an actual king. I came to the window and gave her my code for the “free whopper”. She explains that I have to order a fry and drink too use the code. Which wasn’t mentioned the day before , things like that should be told ahead of time. I was a little upset but as she handled the situation I couldn’t stay mad. She was very respectful , kind , and had great energy , I felt as if we were family. My food came out fresh and hot she even went too the dining room and got a drink for me that wasn’t prepared in the drive thru. I will most definitely be coming back. I met the kindest person there, Demarius. He was helpful, greeted me, snd brought our food out to the car from us from our drive through order. He was working in the dining room and had no impact on the quality of my food, nor did he even know what we ordered until retrieving the bag to bring out for me.

However, I asked for well-done fries, and was very clear that I needed them to be extra crispy, and they were actually UNDER COOKED. Like, hard and raw in the middle. They were freshly cooked but disgusting and I couldn't eat them. I didn't grt to try one until I was a few minutes up the road when they cooled a bit, and they were hard and uncooked...

I always come here to get food, and I will say the service is outstanding, they’re patient, respectful and will give you good deals. I asked if they still had the 10 pc nuggets and the man explained that they did but it’s $2 more than the 8 Pc and he suggested the 8 Pc. He was very respectful when he asked me to pull up to the next side so he could walk out and hand me my food and everything was correct & perfect. I had another experience that was amazing when we showed up a couple minutes before they closed and hadn’t know, but a very nice man helped us and when he handed me my food he told us to have a blessed night.
