Subway — Restaurant in Anderson

If I can give 0 stars I would. I went in to order a meal for my father after his Dr. Appointment, and 2 employees were sitting outside smoking. I went inside to find the store empty. So I proceeded to look in the back room.....NO ONE, so I went outside and asked the employees nicely if there was anyone else inside that can make my meal, they proceeded to tell me that they are closed and there is nothing they can do. Wait! What? You just WATCHED me walk inside to order food and you couldn't tell me THEN you were CLOSED? where is the sign? Why didn't you tell me. They are not answering the phone, talked with other Subway stores and they advised they get a lot of complaints regarding the employees at this location. Trust and believe, I will NEVER go here again, and if I do it was against my will. if you don't like working with the public, find another job, but don't get...

I don’t like to complain because everyone has a bad day but this I had too so it’s about 1034 in morning I said I hadn’t had a subway sandwich in a long time I’m going to stop and get me one! I pull up and one employee was smoking cigarettes outside the front and said I pray she washed her hands when she came in but the second employee disgusted me! First I was never greeted but I walk in and she was eating food I see her licking her fingers her bare hands and she seemed startled that I caught her! Stopped in about 4:45 today, a customer was in line, waited for my turn. Employee finished with customer ahead, and then proceed to ignore customer in front of him waiting to order. I asked if I could place an order after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged, and was told he is busy with online orders, I have to wait and that if I don't like it, I can leave. I tried to explain that customer service would usually prioritize the person who came in and is in front of you, then online orders, then other things. I was told if I don't leave, they will call the police. On the way out, I once again explained how customer service should work, and left. I have to say, this shows me to NEVER come back to here, or maybe even Subway as a whole. This store is "Veteran owned" yet this is how they treat vets?...
