Terrible attitude from the drive thru attendant taking orders... When we asked for a shake she raised her voice that there are no ice cream drinks available, when I asked to large size my combos she yelled back "I already did" and continued to RAISE her voice if I needed anything else... I TOLD HER "You can drop the attitude and lower her voice" when speaking to myself or any other customer... She continued to have a smart attitude and response so I AM WRITING THIS TO LET YOU KNOW how UNPROFESSIONAL your current drive thru attendant is acting towards customers, in the drive thru line waiting now for her name... Update on her name coming soon!
Not sure if the drive thru Woman was the shift supervisor or manager but SHE WAS YELLING AS WE PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW, and the Lady at the drive thru handing us our food was Very Polite and even APOLOGIZED for the Yelling and Screaming. She is creating a TOXIC ENVIRONMENT not only for Your Staff but also the Customers who are around it at the Drive Thru and the Pull Up Service 💯.
I hope this helps you Resolve this Issue and Rectify the Toxic Situation you have going on at this Location! I don't even TRUST the Food they gave me bc the lady at the Window said that Woman Yelling almost dropped it which leads me to Believe that maybe she tampered with our Food 💯.

Read moreThis is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I always have issues at this location, but tonight took the cake. Was just trying to pick up a mobile order I placed in advance, after sitting in line at the drive-thru (because all the stalls were closed) for ten minutes, I finally get to the speaker. No one ever comes on to greet me, after 5 minutes I say “hello?” Never receive an answer back, and after another 5 minutes I say “hello?” again and still do not receive an answer. I finally decide to just pull around to the window since no could be bothered to say anything through the speaker after 10 minutes. After sitting behind a car at the window that was clearly having some kind of issue with the restaurant too, I finally get to the window and apparently my food was already ready, which tells me it’s been just sitting under the heat lamp for about 30 minutes now since I had set my pickup time for 4:50. Read moreWent to Pick up my Mobile order in the drive through. The boy in the widow. Handed me only part and my order and none of our drinks closed the window then got on his phone. After a min or two he noticed I was still sitting there. He opened the door and asked what I needed. I told him I was missing my drinks. I had to tell him what drinks I ordered and he had to go make them. He handed me the drinks and I had to stop him from closing the window saying “excuse me” because he didn't give me straws either. Got home and realized I was missing some food. When I called about the food the call was declined. I tried calling back again and it happened again. This happened like 5 times. While waiting for my drinks I could hear the crew yelling and cussing through the window.
