Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Anderson

I ordered 2 items ( orange chicken and kun pao shrimp) along with carb Rangoon and egg drop drop, when I open the bag kun pao shrimp was missing, I called restaurant they person told he has kept the item in the bag and he didn’t believe us. The way he talk was rude and very arrogant. He refuse to hear us an didn’t trust us. This first such a very bad experience in my life I told him over the phone that I will never come to restaurant. I will not recommend any of my friends to this Restaurant. Will not eat here again. The young man at the counter was very nice. I got the wrong order and didn't realize it until I got home. Went back, he apologized and offered me 2 free egg rolls which I declined. I was told they would redo my order. But in fact, it was still sitting on the counter. So by the time I got home, food was cold. When I declined egg rolls, I felt I should have been given a partial refund, but especially since my food had been sitting there all that time.
