Waffle House — Restaurant in Anderson

I went into this waffle House last night. And I always go to waffle House and get the same meal which is the breakfast meal at the bottom of the menu that is $5.35 or somewhere around there. When I got ready to order it the lady told me that I could not get that because that means it charges separately. I told her that I always get the same thing and no one has ever told me that they have to charge the items separately. It literally says it on the menu that all of those things come together. She tells me, no it's cheaper if you get one of the items above. I continue my order and stop again and say but ma'am this says $10, and I always get the meal that's $5.35 (or whatever it was.) She tells me that no it won't be. Needless to say when we got our check that meal was in fact $10 for the same exact thing that I usually get for $5+ at any other waffle House. It was really late and I was just tired and ready to go home I told her that I did not like that and I went ahead and paid however I was going to call. I look on Google to call this morning and this waffle House is the only one that does not...

This was the dirtiest Waffle House I have ever been in. There was trash all over the floors which everyone just walked around instead of throwing it in the trash. The bathroom rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The staff didn't appear to be all that clean either. The silverware was dirty as well as the counters, even after they wiped it down. The service was awful, it took the waitress at least 10 minutes before calling out our order and everything was not together. You had to flag down the waitress for more coffee. At least the coffee was excellent as usual. The food was cooked to perfection. But I would not recommend this Waffle House because there are plenty more around. Besides the place was nearly empty and it still took forever...

Came here around 6:51 am and the waitress was groomed dirty. Her name was Jessica and her jacket appeared dirty with lots cat or dog hair hanging from her jacket …. Look like last last year food was marinated on her jacket and nails super dirty underneath.. also caught her digging outta her ear … just nasty .. I couldn’t eat...
