Wing Burger City — Restaurant in Anderson

I placed an order through DoorDash for delivery of 3 combos. When the delivery arrived, I only had 2 combos and 3 drinks. I called the store to find out where the other combo was and the lady that answered the phone stated that one of the workers forgot to put in my order for the missing combo. So I say I will come down and get the missing combo. She says I need to "take it up with DoorDash" and I will need to pay for the combo AGAIN. I contact DoorDash and they advise that I go and get the food if I didn't want to wait for them to set up another order and redeliver. When I get there, the young lady tells me the manager did not receive payment from DoorDash for my order due to mix up but I paid so that is not my issue. Maybe he should take that up with DoorDash. Needless to say after cussing like a drunken sailor I got my food. But I am very disappointed. As someone who has worked in customer service for almost 15 years, the onus of responsibility DOES NOT fall on the customer when YOUR EMPLOYEE makes a mistake on an order. DO BETTER!

Wide range of fare, including burgers and wings but also Philly cheese steak, gyros, fish and shrimp, fried rice, subs and salads, as well as chicken tenders. The party I was with had the bacon cheeseburger as it comes, chicken fried rice, and teriyaki wings. The prices are above fast food, in the Panera range but everything is apparently cooked to order and everyone liked what they got. Portions are generous The burger was described as how a homemade Whopper with bacon would taste, the wings were fresh and tasty and the chicken fried rice got the approval of our resident expert who loves the stuff. Personally I would pour on Sriracha and thankfully they have rooster sauce on hand.

As far as we could tell, this is the same group that ran the Nagoya that was here before. You can see the Asian influence in the menu items, there's even an Asian burger with bulgogi sauce. Establishment was clean and simple; food is served in styrofoam to go boxes, with no trays or reusable silverware. Would definitely come again and glad to have someplace different to eat...

After giving this place a 5 star rating and raving about their food just months ago, I had to edit my review today. This is the month of July 2025, and I recently called in an order for pickup. As I was waiting for my order, I went to use their restroom. I wasn't able to use it right away because a female employee was busy cleaning it up. Therefore, I glanced in the kitchen area while I waited. There was a young, Asian man seated on the floor with his drink, swiping his cellphone. He did note that I was looking at him. Then he jumped up, started touching the to-go-boxes, and threw on some gloves without washing his hands. I immediately left the restaurant without my order, thinking that he was probably preparing my chicken with dirty hands!!
