Waffle House — Restaurant in Anderson

Went in this morning and patiently waited for about 10 minutes for a table to become available. A booth became available and we thought we would be able to be seated very shortly. We continued to wait and wait and wait, but no one seemed interested in clearing the table. Finally after 10 minutes I asked an employee if anyone was going to clear the table and she responded that we needed to to give them time to get to it. 5 minutes later we asked another waitress who was supposed to clean the table and she told the she was and she walked away to ring up customers that came in for to go orders We spoke to manager and he said that she would get to it when she gets a chance. I Can’t believe the attitudes or that we waited so long. We finally just left. We love Waffle House but this location on North Main is one that we will not...

When my husband and I came in last night there were only counter and 3 booths the rest was blocked off.only 1 cook and 1 waiter here. However we manage to grab a both. We ordered .we were almost done people arriving 3 at counter booth in front of us full with 5 people the booth behind us left but dishes still left it fully packed with kids not sure might have a dance whatever. The waitress is like no room only 50 % In the meantime she was able to clear the booth and put a sign on the door to go orders only.but in the meantime an older couple came in just about all kids left so she told this older couple they couldn't sit when the back booth was empty and clean that's what upset us the most But if u no its a Friday night on north main in Anderson you need...

Great service! Left my waitress a $10 tip! She stayed on top of everything. Everything was cooked perfectly! Food was hott! Grits were very warm which I loved! I got the two egg breakfast scram wit cheese, bacon cooked over medium and a bowl of grits with cheese n butter. No toast. It was so good. I left very happy! My daughter tried the hashbrown bowl with eggs n bacon. She loved it. My son had a big waffle with bacon 🥓. 3 sodas were our drinks. We had a great morning. It was very windy and cold 🥶 outside so we wanted a big warm breakfast to start out our day and we got that here at this waffle house. Awesome cook! Friendly staff! Clean!
