The meals are delicious, never frozen, quality food. The owners and staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They’re conveniently located near everything in town. Their packaged products such as shake mixes are also top notch.

I grabbed a variety of meals that are all delicious and perfectly portioned. (One of my problems is portions - I love healthy food but need the portion control). I even got the donuts and muscle bites. All of it is excellent alternatives to the unhealthy stuff we tend to gravitate to when we get busy or lazy about what we eat.

After trying multiple well known meal delivery services I’d rather have a Lean Kitchen meal because I don’t have to prepare it (some of those meals take an hour or more but Lean Kitchen takes a minute), the food is still delicious even warmed up in the microwave, and the cost to portion is still a great value for healthy food.
