Depot House of Pizza — Restaurant in Andover

For 40 years, my mom's family had no idea this place existed. Then, one Sunday a few years ago, all our usual places were closed, but Depot was open. We decided to give it a try. To this day, we have never gone back to the others. The pizza is absolutely perfect: just cheesy enough, a robust but not-too-thick Greek-style crust, not overwhelmingly salty, the perfect crunch... and the fries. The fries are a problem, as my mom and I say. These crispy, double-fried pieces of pure bliss disappear within ten minutes of us opening up the box, and I often can't stop myself from gobbling them up fanatically. We started going here for the first time last week and went again yesterday. I don't know why we didn't find this great place sooner. It's clean, well-lit and comfortable. The staff keeps their masks on too, that scored major points with us. My husband loves the buffalo chicken pizza, so he had to have again! We were remembered and greeted as pleasantly as before. great food. worst customer service. Arrived home in North Andover to enjoy my salad and the wrong order was given to me. The owner (or acted like the owner) refused to credit my card. She was yelling in the background telling the person i was speaking with on the phone that she was working and couldn't deal with my problem. I explained i have been a long time customer since i moved to Andover 30 years ago and have spent thousands of dollars at their restaurant over the years.
