One star is too much!

This company sets policy and doesn't bend!

I've visiting on a business trip. Because of this trip, I don't have a car so I had to rely on delivery service from this restaurant.

I orderd $35 worth of food to include a large garlic chicken that I had to pay extra for because I don't like vegetables. When I got the food, it didn't come with rice. I called expecting to hear that they forgot it. Instead the lady who answered said that it's "Andover." I asked her what that means and she said, "It's Andover, we don't include rice." I told her that I didn't order pork fried rice or anything that I would describe as `needing to be an additional charge. She told me that white rice is extra and everyone knows that. I told her that not everyone knows the inner workings of such an amazing city that is Andover. I told her that when someone orders a large meal, it would have been nice to know if I'm supposed to order rice. She didn't care. She said she will know that for the next person who order. After 5 minutes of getting no where she said she would not give me white rice unless I do a separate order.

The fact that a company can set such a ridiculous policy and not bend is NOT okay. Ask yourself this.....when was the last time you ordered a large meal from a Chinese restaurant and it came without rice?

Well, after spending almost $200 to feed 14 people on Christmas eve, most of us are SICK this Christmas morning. Diharea, nausea, bloting, gas, and heartburn....at least 8 of us. Since I didn't eat anything yesterday except cookies and Chinese food ..... we are all pretty positive it's the Chinese food. Not to mention, I'm usually really cautious about where I order from because Chinese food can have that effect on me sometimes. We go here every Christmas eve for the last 3 years. We order Chinese as a tradition. Never once have we had a problem until last night into today. I'm not sure if it's MSG, or improper food handling and storage. but something is not right because again 8 out 14 of us are experiencing this. I'm just super dissapointed. All that $$$, The left overs that no one will eat now, and the fact that it's Christmas morning and we can't fully enjoy it because we don't feel well from...

AFTER LOOKING AT REVIEWS ALL AROUND THE AREA WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE WHICH IS ABOUT A HALF MILE FROM OUR HOUSE. I WAS VERY SURPRISED HOW SMALL THIS PLACE WAS. THE KITCHEN IS RIGHT THERE AND IT IS VERY CLEAN.THE SEATING IS LIKE A SMALL SUB SHOP BUT THE TAKE OUT IS WHAT WE NORMALLY DO ANYWAY. I WAS HAPPY TO GET THE LARGER SIZE DUCK SAUCE. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. FRESH MEAT LARGER PORTIONS. NICE PEOPLE. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT...
