I made the terrible mistake of buying an e bike online... After weeks of video recording issues, emails, phone calls and chasing the online company for missing and broken parts and then learning it was going to cost nearly as much to return the bike as the sales price, I gave up and thankfully found Soto Cycles in Andover. Jose and his team were great at helping me fix the bike.

After seeing the high-end e bikes Soto Cycles had in stock (for the same price as the online crap), Jose helped me get the bike I should have bought in the first place.

Turn off YouTube and go down to Soto Cycles and buy a quality bike from an expert and local shop owner who can service and stand behind the product for...

bought my first fat bike from Luca my Lampadusa love this bike his brother went through the whole bike before i brought it out the door i was told to ride it then bring it back so he could go through it again really nice and professional people i hope to upgrade to one of their carbon machines.May 19 2016. Stephano laced up my new Halo tundra wheels added my lime green rim stripe went through my fat bike and took it for a test run Stephano stayed after hours to get my bike ready im so grateful i wish you guys much success and i will do my best to show off the bike and spread the word to anyone interested in getting their first fat bike or any other bike....

Brought my bike in for a full assembly at the Tewksbury MA location which is where his brother works and he did a great job within a good amount of time and GREAT price.. I first went to chelmsford cyclery and the guy there was rude AF and had my bike there for a week and they didn't even touch it. I would of waited forever if i didn't call to ask about the status. and I even called before hand to ask . So i picked it up and the owner was like good less work for me! never going back. So I took it to Decarolis Brother and he was kind and did a great job on my bike. will be going back for repairs. Read the reviews folks, most time it helps. or go see...
