Starbucks — Restaurant in Andover

I have been coming to this location weekly for years and have never had a bad experience until recently. The past two times I came to this location, Morgan & Kayla have been working and I'm to the point that if they are working, I will take my business somewhere else. They are very rude to customers. I placed my order with Morgan and she rolled her eyes at me and slammed the cups onto the counter. Never gave me my total, just stood there waiting for me to pay. I paid cash both times, she doesn't smile or say thank you. She clearly does not know how to make Frappuccinos because she asked Kayla to do both drinks and Kayle came over and looked at the order on the cups and rolled her eyes and sighed and Morgan had a smirk on her face. It felt very much like my order was a big inconvenience to them both, even though there was no one else in line. Once my drinks were made, Kayla slammed the cups on the end counter and said nothing. Both times I've been there while their working, my order has not been correct and I feel very uncomfortable. They both need to work on their customer...

I love drinking coffee. One time, I had stopped at a coffee shop in Bayfield, Wisconsin. The coffee shop was local and had an interesting variety of unique coffee flavors. I had chosen a lavender latte and it was fantastic. The barista was this beautiful young woman, she really added to my experience. Moral of the story, I recommend you just take some time to get a nice cup of Joe and enjoy your morning. Does it really matter if you're 10 minutes late to work? No, so don't stress my baby!...

Emma and Lillian were absolutely amazing. We prefer Caribou over Starbucks but they completely turned our experience around. They were patient with us and helped us figure out what we'd like. The drinks they made were perfect! We will definitely be coming back to Starbucks, thanks to Emma...
