The sandwiches were bland. The bacon was really good. The young lady with long black hair who helped us at the register was polite. The reason I am giving a 1 star was because another employee was so offended I said the food was overpriced. I was having a private conversation with a friend and I guess she overheard and became extremely angry. I bought 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 3 orders of fries and my total was $38. She started yelling about how much the food cost and how much she pays her employees. After reading her reviews, I know I am not the only one who thinks it's overpriced. No wonder she takes the comment so personal. Don't worry, I will never come back to this establishment and make sure I never recommend it. This used to be one of Andrews most iconic and trendiest places to eat and have a cup of coffee but in the past 9 years they have declined in terms of service and their lack of updates to the inside of the building (although they did fix that terrible back door and put a few new tables in) Has put them behind a lot of the newer places in town. I USED eat here weekly. Its never been an excellent restaurant, but they serve decent fresh ingredients for the price. Their burgers and sandwiches have always been bland but they have pretty good salad bar, so I could justify paying $12 for my lunch. Today, I ordered the same thing I always order and the cost was $17. When I asked if the price was correct, the cashier seemingly got offended and rudely responded with "yea, prices went up".
