Taty at the Bump — Restaurant in Angel Fire

The owner was extremely rude condescending when I politely explained that my coffee was watery. They wanted to charge me extra to just get my drink right after we already paid more than $75 for a few drinks. Service is slow, tables were not clean, and everything was less than mediocre. DON'T waist your money!! There are many other coffee shops in the area that were much much better.

Your response below is a total lie. The trash can was right next to me and no one was in any danger. I was leaving after I threw my drink away, but you turned really quick and in very rude and disrespectful tone "you need to get out of my store" and your camera will confirm that.

My wife didn't say any of what you are claiming. It is sad to see you taking that much time to create a lie other than providing a good customer service. I'm not going to be at your level and defined lies.

I was absolutely upset and frustrated because of the way I was treated and I didn't, and I won't accept anyone to treat me in such a way.

We love this place! We stopped in for coffee before heading home for memorial day weekend. We ordered the quiche (absolutely amazing), a latte (they let me customize it with cherry and vanilla syrup), and a "baristas choice" drink. The baristas choice ended up being a pistachio sweet cream cold foam and absolutely delicious. It was super cool to have the surprise of the baristas choice drink! The latte was the perfect mix of sweet and savory and my new favorite latte! Before leaving I added a raspberry smoothie and it was also amazing.

The environment of the whole place was amazing. Everyone was super sweet and friendly, willing to answer questions about menu items, and made sure our drinks were made to our liking. They brought excitement and life to our morning!

We love this place so much. The vibes are great, the staff is awesome, the coffee and food is delicious. The reason for the 3 stars is because lately it’s felt a little slimy. They have a sign that says they are out of drip coffee when they never actually make it, they want you to spend more which, I guess it’s mountain prices so that’s just something you have to expect up here. They took away the water jug and only offer bottle water for purchase now. They cover all the outlets so you can’t work remotely and they don’t give out the wifi so I guess they just want you to spend a lot of money but not stick around.
