I definitely enjoyed my meal. My husband and I stepped in for a quick bite. And the menu was simple and the pricing was reasonable. It was definitely filling. A great place to get a beer and enjoy good conversation with a friend. You could either sit at the bar and enjoy some sports, sit in the dining area and have a delicious meal alone or with company. As I was looking around and noticed a dance floor. Not sure if they use it for entertainment or if it's part of the dining area. I must say one thing about this place, THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!! I was extremely irate when I noticed the waitress hadn't bothered getting our drink order. We hadn't sat down and looked at the menu when she had asked what we wanted to drink. My husband and I both looked at each other confused and he blurted he wanted a beer, I asked if I could have a moment to look at the menu before I make up my mind. Thinking she was our waitress, I figured I'd give her my order after she came back. I was watching a second waitress sitting in the corner diagonal from us on her phone. It took 10 minutes for my husband to get his beer, I never got my drink order and that's when I realized that the waitress on the phone was supposed to be our waitress. It took 20 minutes for our order to be taken and I had watched others get seated and have drinks before I saw my waitress again. Through out my meal I had noticed a woman getting up and walking to the other side of the room and grab a plate. Our waitress NEVER informed us that they have a soup and salad bar. It also took another 10 minutes to receive our second beer. Our meals were done and we we're ready for our ticket by the time the second beer came. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG, I will be going back BECAUSE THE FOOD IS THAT GOOD!! The one thing I had pointed out to my husband was that the beer was being served by the same server that wasn't our waitress. I informed him that it was possible that the girl whom was our original waitress was probably too young and wasn't allowed to serve beer. So again, please stop by this restaurant, the FOOD IS DELICIOUS, THE PLACE IS FUN TO BE IN, ITS CLEAN AND YOU WILL WANT TO EAT...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE!! We usually don’t complain and are good tippers. My husband and I work in the service industry and know how it is, so we are flexible with a lot of stuff. But there’s no excuse for what we experienced. me, my husband and our 3 kids all under the age of 5 came in at 4pm to eat. They were not busy, our server was a lady with faded purple and blue hair she was HORRIBLE. No customer service, Incredibly rude, and gave us an attitude the whole time. Even when asking politely for the smallest things. The food was disgusting overpriced garbage which tasted like it was pulled straight from the back of the freezer. We bit our tongue and just asked for a check, when she brought it to us they tacked on an extra $40 for the tip. We asked the waitress why that was included and she rolled her eyes and said with parties of 5 or more they add an extra 25% tip…we weren’t aware that our 3 UNDER AGE 5 TODDLERS counted as a big party of 5…but regardless it seemed off so my husband did the math, and they charged an extra 45% to our bill not 25%…my husband talked to the owner and he said there was a problem with the system and tried to give us a credit to use next time we come in…we told him that we were not interested in returning to the restaurant as the food and service was not good and we’d like some sort of a refund. He refunded us $20. This was our anniversary and it was a nightmare. The last time we went here was a year ago, and it was much better both food and service wise. Also, counting literal babies accompanying a couple as a party of 5 so they can slap on a mandatory tip percentage is honestly criminal and should be illegal. Wish I could give this...
Read moreBurger was decent but everything else was frozen and shipped in. The mashed potatoes are made from potato flakes with absolutely no seasonings. The server, ruined our whole experience. Angel fire is very dog friendly and so we had brought our dog. I checked in at the front and the lady seemed annoyed at the fact people were coming in. I said “it’s going to be two people but we have our pup. I read online there is outdoor seating, how does that work?” Since all I saw outside was a metal table with two chairs. She said, rudely, “we don’t have a patio. You can order your food to go at the bar.” I said “oh, ok!” And then had to let my mom know. We sat outside, no big deal. But if there is already someone sitting there, you’re SOL. So I walked to the bar to order our food. She again seemed annoyed to be taking orders. Once I ordered I sat at the bar and noticed a dog in the bar area. I said “so, you do allow dogs or is that a service dog?” She didn’t like me saying this because she responded with “I said you could have dogs in the bar area.” I didn’t feel like arguing with her so I dropped it. While I was waiting for the food inside, I observed her gripping at her coworker to answer the phone because she didn’t want to and spoke to the kitchen staff very rudely as well. I guess locals know her and accept it but I found her behavior to be completely off putting. I tipped 10% for her literally doing nothing but taking my order and she didn’t like that either. Maybe if her behavior was better she would get better tips.
I would get a burger literally anywhere else and have a...
